La casa del Torreón se encuentra culminando la edificación. Un luminoso dúplex con cocina, terraza privada y excelentes vistas. Se ubica en la planta segunda y no hay un ascensor.

The house, 180m2, has on the ground floor living room, distributor, dining room, kitchen and toilet; upstairs three bedrooms, two bathrooms, distributor, laundry and cleaning room. All rooms overlook the garden of the house, some to the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada, and a bedroom to the Placeta del Conde and the garden of our neighbors. There are two smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

The house's greatest appeal is its location, offering breathtaking views of the Sierra Nevada National Park and the Canales Reservoir. It offers excellent connections to the center of Granada and the Sierra Nevada ski resort, both of which are just a 30-minute drive away.
