Netflix and unlimited WiFi included. It is on the ground floor of our family home with your own separate access & decking. Parking for ONE car on our driveway; there are also free off-street parking. Please no smoking/vaping on the property, you can smoke outside by the street. No parties allowed.

Near new property under our home, wicked sea views and lots of garden, 2 mins from the beach walking, to shops, bars and cafe's. Wheel chair accessible. There is a double bed and single swab for the floor if needed. plus, a double bed couch in the lounge. We have bassinet for small children Coffee and tea provided with full washing machine & kitchen. Our 2 bedroom unit was built in 2014 to create more space for our family, they have since left home and after spending several holidays here in New Zealand and overseas in Airbnb accommodation we decided share our home too. Our place is a private semi self contained home away from home with your own entrance, where we are only a phone call away should you need anything.
