Fall asleep to the soft hooting of moreporks (aka ruru, New Zealand's adorable native owls) and wake to the melodies of other native birds. Secluded deck and enclosed spa pool for relaxing, 10 minute walk to the train station with frequent trains to Wellington, 15 minute walk to Coastlands Shopping Centre which has shops, cafes, supermarkets and a cinema.
Beachside B & BThe guest suite occupies the downstairs portion of our house. It is self contained with a private entrance from a deck leading to the garden. It has a large master bedroom, a lounge with kitchenette & separate bathroom. The bathroom is bright, light & has modern fittings with shower, WC & vanity. The lounge includes a sofa bed, window seat, dining area & kitchenette, with facilities to self cater if required. There is a garden gate which gives access to the nature reserve, river and beach.
