The Navarro House is situated on the Mendocino coast with an unobstructed view where the Navarro River reaches the Pacific Ocean. Conveniently located 15 minutes south of Mendocino, this property offers privacy with space to spread out between the houses. The hot tub and BBQ/ Fire pit area is shared with the guest house which sits below. This is a place to reflect, relax and recharge. Charming cottage/studio apt. overlooking the Pacific! Cottage has a queen size bed and a twin sofa bed pullout. Open space design all in one room except private bathroom. Kitchen, living room and front and back decks. This property also has a house that rents separately or together with the cottage. The house is called "Pacific Gem" and can be found through airbnb. The cottage nightly rate includes a county occupancy tax of 11%. A separate owner Rental Agreement is required.

Pacific Gem overlooks the ocean. Two bedroom 2-bath home just a few miles from the quaint town of Mendocino. You will see whales, birds, and incredible sunsets. There is also a separate cottage that can be rented separately or with the house. Found under Albion, CA. "Quaint Ocean Cottage". The 11% county tax is included in the nightly rates. A separate owner Rental Agreement is required. Maximum of 2 dogs allowed with a non-refundable pet fee of $50.00

Of course Albion is an easy 10 minute drive to Mendocino Village. Bird lovers can enjoy their coffee on the upper deck while taking in the morning chorus. There are windows and skylights in all rooms for maximum enjoyment of the forest.
