Includes use of living, dining rooms & kitchen. Living room features high ceilings and gas fireplace. Our 1/2 acre wooded lot has fruit trees and a vegetable garden. Note: Access requires 3 steps down from the driveway and 3 steps up to the entry, both with handrails. We comply with Pacific Grove's "Home Share" regulations.

Snuggled between Scotts Valley, Felton, and Santa Cruz it's near Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park, 1440 Multiversity, and Mount Hermon Conference Center yet less than an hour from Silicon Valley. Mid Century Pacific Grove house on 17 Mile Drive. Just a couple blocks from the Pebble Beach gate. Great area. Close enough to walk to town restaurants & shops, Asilomar State Beach & other sites all within minutes of our home. Private yard with a deck & outdoor furniture for entertaining. Lic. # 0289 - Our City STR Permit restricts us to a max of 2 adults/1 car per reservation. Any additional guests MUST be under 18 years old. We cannot & will not make exceptions to either restriction.

Carmel By the Canyon
Our studio is located in Carmel, less than a mile from the town center. The house faces out over Hatton Canyon and affords a private rural setting yet close to Big Sur, Pebble Beach, Monterey, etc. 15 Minute walk to Carmel downtown. A hub to explore Big Sur and all the Monterey Peninsula has to offer. Due to certain regulatory changes regarding minimum stay, the dates you are requesting may not be available. While we prefer longer stays, do make an inquiry to us about the dates you want.

We're excited to return Francy Free to its roots and hope you will join us (two sisters) in continuing their legacy. Studio is ground-level, easy to access and a short (1/2 mile) stroll through the woods to downtown and iconic Carmel beach.
