This north Brisbane downstairs apartment has easy access from the quiet inner-city suburban street, surrounded by leafy trees, and air-conditioned. Off-road parking is available. It is a short walk to a lovely coffee shop and the bus stop, close to the shopping village and train station, and 20 minutes drive from the airport. Guests may have complete privacy, with access directed as needed. Otherwise, I and my husband are usually home and guests may be greeted and made welcome if they wish.

This self-contained and private studio is located close to the Brisbane CBD, Brisbane Airport and Fortitude Valley. With secure and separate access, you can easily come and go as you please. Located only minutes walk from transport hubs (Northern Busway and Albion Train Station), Lutwyche City Shopping Centre, vibrant cafes & restaurants. Only certain dog breeds are accepted as we have a child on the premises. If your dog is 15kg or larger please send a request before booking.

Just a 5-minute walk to the train station with a lovely view of Brisbane City! The space is self-contained, though please note it doesn't include a laundry or a full kitchen (there's no cook stove). A convenient commercial laundromat is nearby (not included in the service). We also offer free 5G Wi-Fi with weekly limit data of 35GB, which is more than enough for normal internet usage. The studio is small and suits one female guest the best.
