We had a great time in Brisbane!! This accomodation is very organised and clean!! Especially, after flight we were tired but when we got there,there were sparkling water, some snacks and muffins 😭❤️those services were very helpful for us 😭then we could use Australian brand’s Asop’s soaps etc ….it was good smell we could refresh!! And some equipments were very high technology !! We were really surprised!! We loved this room , we appreciate for all his support and service!! Thank you very much 🫶

Great communication and accurate information from Emma for checkin and checkout. Property exactly as per listing and sparkling clean on checkin. Not far from the city and has nearby train station with a park and go option or within walking distance.

Tye's place is in the perfect spot to attend events at the showgrounds, we were a 3 minute walk to gate 5 which was wonderful for our 4 day visit to the Caravan & Camping show. This is also a fantastic spot to attend the RBWH for appointments or visiting family & friends as the walk to the main entrance is less than 5 mins. There is a great cafe if you turn left out of the reception entrance & turn left again. Also a fantastic Vietnamese cafe if you head out of the other entrance & turn right. IGA is 850m away & if you want a bit of a walk to Woolworths it is about 1.1km. Also a gorgeous park across the road to picnic in too. In other words this is a great central location to stay in. Being in the heart of the city, it is not quiet, when the balcony doors are open you can hear traffic, when the doors are shut the soundproofing is great, you will hear sirens going in & out of the hospital, however this is city life & to be expected. A few small issues were addressed promptly.

Enjoyable stay in the Valley. Great views back over the CBD from the balcony. So close to a wide range of restaurants on James St and walkable to the river and city. Car park an added bonus. Fitted the requirements of our stay perfectly.

Brilliant location near amazing shopping precinct and restaurants. Walkable to the river and lots of PT into the city. Perfect place for 2 people. Spacious lounge, good-size kitchen and comfortable bed. Quiet. Rob the building manager is so helpful and prompt with communication. Would recommend and will be staying again when we next visit Brisbane.

Great location within walking distance to the train station. Clean and tidy with all the amenities required for a longer stay. Easy to get to the city and show grounds. Would recommend.

Great location, lovely area. Walking distance to all transport options. Supermarket and cafes, eateries etc also an easy walk. Emma was flexible with our arrangements and very helpful. We felt comfortable and "at home" here. Great having a garage to store the car . Very quiet complex, and surroundings, but, you will hear planes pretty frequently. Didn't take us long to get used to it. Have lunch at Sarnis, yum!

Wesley is super easy to communicate with. The unit is a nice place close to restaurants and not far from the city. I would stay again.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Janine’s place. It was clean and comfortable (smelt great too!), and was at a very convenient location. 5min walk to the QUT Kelvin Grove bus station, and another 6-8min bus ride to the CBD. We also had a lovely walk at Victoria Park 10min away. Right downstairs we had Woolworths and lots of food options as well. Balcony had great views too. Janine was very kind to physically welcome us, walked us through where to park and orientated us to our apartment. Overall would highly recommend!

This place was great for our short stay but would be perfect for a longer one also. Great location close to train station, buses and CBD. Kitchen area and bathroom were spotless and the laundry facilities were excellent. Carolina facilitated early check in and other small touches meant we really enjoy our stay.

The Brisbane River is just nearby, making it a great place for walks, and there’s a supermarket right below the accommodation, which made it very convenient for buying heavy items like bottled water in bulk. The terrace is spacious and the high ceilings make the place feel open and not stuffy. The kitchen was well-stocked with various sauces, which made cooking very easy and convenient. Although there was some airplane noise due to the proximity to the airport, I got used to it quickly. Most of all, the host Fiona was very responsive, which made the stay comfortable and free of any frustrations. The bus stop to the city is about a 10-minute walk away, and the route takes you along the Brisbane River, which makes for a pleasant walk. The bus ride to the city takes around 20 minutes. If you're looking to enjoy a relaxing holiday, this is the place to be!

Annette is The Best host you can ask for. Very responsive, proactive and really good-hearted. She took the extra effort to inform me of potential road closures on my road trip due to flood. Not only that, upon hearing that my flight timing from Singapore was advanced by few hours, without any hesitation she told me to just come early 7am check in, and this happened months before the trip, and even told me that no worries about any potential booking the day before. Talking about the house, it was great. Lots of space and privacy, and the jacuzzi is wonderful to use on a cold early winter night. It’s like onsen experience but a lot more private. The surrounding of the house is beautiful and peaceful. Of course you will need car to get around but then again you need a car everywhere in Australia. And the supermarket is just 3 minutes drive away within the same estate (no need to drive to main roads). Overall if we come back to Brisbane again, we know where to stay. Thank you Annette!

Had a wonderful stay here for our first time in Brisbane. Chris was extremely accomodating, the space was beautiful and the views from the apartment were stunning. Will definitely be back next time!

Great stay close to many restaurants only a short walk away. Tidy, clean apartment with everything you needed, quick wifi as well. Bonus was having a 25m lap pool and hot tub to use! Would stay again in a heartbeat.

I stayed at Nicole's place on a solo weekend trip with my dog. Nicole was a great host who was very easy to engage with even before my trip dates came up. The apartment was beautiful and I loved that it was a corner apartment with views at every corner. As a dog parent I found the place pretty great for my dog. There's a balcony that was quite safe for dogs. Since the apartment was in a very lively location, I felt safe doing the night walks for my dog's pees and poos too. Given that it's a very urbanised area, sometimes I had to walk a bit as my dog is used to trees and bushes but there was Musgrave Park 10 minutes away by walk for any doggy runs as well as the entire neighbourhood is dog-friendly. Would love to visit here again!
