This hand crafted log cabin is located 27 kms off of highway 5 on Pioneer Lake. This accommodation is remote , not suitable for day trips to Jasper. It is about one hours travel to get to a paved highway. PLEASE NOTE: You need a vehicle with clearance. An SUV or pickup truck. This is suitable for those who love the outdoors, quiet nature and knowledgeable about back-country living. In the middle of some of the greatest snowmobiling in BC, deep snow country, awesome sledding tours from here.

What this small 2 bed, 1 bath house lacks in size it more than makes up for in cozy charm. You are sure to be comfortable with the wood burning fire place. Near swift creek, on Main Street in Valemount, This property provides both central location being 10 min walk to 5th Ave shops, restaurants, grocery store and local brewery as well as loads of privacy being on a dead end street on the outskirts of town. You will have the entire 2 bedroom house to yourself which includes a fold down futon.

Emma's place was perfect for our short stay in the mountains, she was super responsive and helpful when needed. Her place was comfy, clean, easy to find and had everything we needed. It is close to lots of trails for hiking and a short drive to Mount Robson Provincial park and Jasper.

Pleasantly surprised! It's a huge place. Felt right at home. Place is spotless. Everything as described and more. We had the sauna all ready to go every evening. The beds were comfortable. The main bathroom comes with a large sitting area. From the balcony, you can see the mountains. Showers were great! Location is close to walking trails + walking distance to town + the local brewery. It was a good base for us to hiking trails around the area. We would definitely come + stay again. Love it!

What an amazing lodge. The interior was so creative and unique . The view was out of this world . Hosts were fab. Very informative especially about the wildfires in the Jasper park. Pre emptive and sent messages in advance . Mount Robson park is a must do. 20 minutes drive from the cabin

Everything was wonderful from when we arrived to when we left. Ken and Suzanne were extremely welcoming and so friendly. We feel like we made new friends! The accommodation was spacious, warm and cozy and so so quiet - surrounded by trees. Very private! Breakfast was optional but we’re so glad we indulged and were happy to share coffee and stories with Ken and Suzanne. We would love to share our home with them when they are travelling in the future. Thank you so much.
