This guest house has been built and designed by my husband and I. It sits behind our house with private walking/biking trails right out your door. The design is modern with natural warm colors and tucked away in the trees. The loudest noise you will hear are the owls hooting and a faint distant train whistle two times a day. This newly built house is located on our 90 acre property. It is surrounded by an orchard, a vineyard and forest. The quaint and natural setting is perfect for couples, solo travellers or families. Cross country skiing, running and hiking can be practiced on the property. Bromont and Sutton downhill ski slopes are a 35 minutes drive away. Jay Peak, Vermont is 1h15 away by car. The surrounding country roads provide for wonderful bike rides.

Lakehouse Loft Apartment

This newly construction upstairs loft has lake access and views of majestic Lake Champlain. Dogs under 25 pounds are allowed w/ permission and a $25 per night, per dog, pet fee. (Maximum of 2 dogs) If your dog is larger, please don't ask. Pit-bulls, pit-bull mixes, Dobermans, and Rottweilers are not allowed as per our insurance. There are reputable kennels nearby for you use, so you can have you pet close, for day trips.
