Unique Ground floor one bedroom, one bathroom apartment in the Mt. Hope Neighborhood on the East Side. Near bus line (r), Easy to Amtrak Train station. One mile from RISD & Brown front gates, Fully furnished with a queen sized bed and dresser as well as a pull-out couch. Kitchen is fully functional and also furnished. Near many great bars, restaurants and stores. We have Chickens on the premises. They make some noise, but aren't intrusive. They sleep when its dark, there is no rooster.

Downtown Condo

Fantastic 1 Bedroom Apartment right smack in the middle of downtown Providence. The neighborhood is jammed with wonderful little restaurants, bars and shopping. The Dunkin Donuts Center, Trinity Playhouse, PPAC, The Vets, Federal Hill, Providence Place Mall, Johnson & Wales, Brown & RISD are all a short walk from here. We are located two floors above a couple nightclubs. We don't hear the clubs themselves but on the weekends you can hear the people outside.
