This is a house with garden and swimming pool, with a large outdoor living area and barbecue. It is inserted in a property with another guest house but with total privacy. The Garden, Swimming Pool and Entrance (Gate) are private for each of the houses. It is located in a very calm pine forest area, ideal for hiking. The closest beach is Aberta a Nova. (7/10 min - car) . Melides is also about 10 minutes away. Grandola, Carvalhal or Comporta are about 15 to 30 mins away.

Just 5 km away you will find cafes, typical restaurants, mini-markets. The village is 25 minutes from Alcacer and about 40 minutes from Comporta Beach, one of the most beautiful in the country.

The house has a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and hosts 8 people very comfortably. There are 3 double beds and 1 room with twin beds. A baby cot can also be provided. Minimum stay is 2 in high season 6 nights.
