Holiday rentals with a patio in Alcalá

Justyna is a fantastic host! She gave clear instructions with pictures to find the place and find parking. She gave a detailed list of places to eat, and we were welcomed with a bottle of wine when we arrived. She was so prepared that I had no questions concerning what was required of us as guests.

Apartment was big and had everything we needed. From abundance of towels and kitchen equipment to amazingly comfortable beds. Super clean and Martyna was available to answer our questions and quickly fixed a small issue we had with the shower. The balcony was big and the tv and other appliances were fantastic.

For our honeymoon, we spent a few nights in Manuel's apartment. This was very much appreciated. The apartment is spacious enough for 2 people and the view is breathtaking. It matches the photos and it was very clean. Manuel is very attentive and clear and has nice tips on what to do nearby. It was also very nice that we were able to check in a little earlier. In our opinion, the price-quality ratio is good. We would recommend it to everyone.

Andrea is a fantastic host. His accommodation is very clean and tidy, and we felt very comfortable there. The balcony offers a spectacular view of the sea: it is a pleasure to sit there in the morning or in the evening to relax. Andrea is very kind and attentive, and throughout the stay she offered us a lot of help and support. I was particularly impressed when, knowing that I wanted to take pictures of the starry sky, he sent me the information on the lunar phases so that I could better plan my photographs. A truly charming detail. I highly recommend this accommodation and I am very grateful for Andrea's kindness.

The apartment and the associated complex (Las Mimosas) are great - with a wonderful view of the sea and a pool to relax. The garden and pool are lovingly designed and very well maintained. There was even a toilet facility right by the pool. The apartment has every imaginable comfort and is well equipped. Everything was clean, worked perfectly and we immediately felt at home. We would book the apartment again immediately. The Tipsy next door was another highlight. Very tasty food and nice staff. It was a pity that the Harbour Club nearby has loud live music every evening, so that you can only enjoy the evening atmosphere on the terrace to a limited extent. And unfortunately, we had some construction noise all around. Otherwise, we were able to relax and enjoyed our time very much.

We had an amazing stay at Andrea's place. it worked so well for us as a family with two kids. Location in the comes was brilliant - right next to the pool, which made it so easy to look after the kids. The place itself is super functional and had everything we needed - it really made the holiday that much easier. Andrea was brilliant in all communications, really helpful and friendly every time. We would definitely book it again next time we visit Tenerife.

Thanks for a wonderful stay - definitely recommended! We really enjoyed our stay at Andrés beautiful apartment. The highlight was the huge terrace with a great view onto the ocean and pool (not heated). The apartment is clean, the location is great for exploring the island and Andrés even provided a high chair and baby cot. The parking in the connected parking lot was very convenient. Particularly remarkable was Andrés ' super fast response time. The only downside in contrast of the otherwise great equipment provided (but noticeable every day several times unfortunately) is that there are only four utensils of any kind which means that within one day one has to clean dishes sometimes several times which is not only easily solvable, but also more environmental and convenient.

Absolutely perfect . Great location , Andrii always helpful and an issue with air con rectified immediately ( thank you Jean). Will definitely revisit . Restaurants were good with El Delfin great and Romantica very good paella . The Italian La Parma good as well .

We had a wonderful time with 7 people in this beautiful house! The contact was very pleasant and fast. The reception was nice. In addition to a short explanation and tour, they also had a delicious welcome package ready with fresh fruit and treats. The house was easy to find and is a wonderful place to be. The various bathrooms and spacious rooms provide peace and space. The kitchen is equipped with all comforts. But we mainly lived outside. What a wonderful terrace, balcony and swimming pool! The lighting, the sound system and the beautiful glass sliding doors that merged inside and outside gave a luxurious feeling. And I haven't even mentioned the view, phenomenal! Already with a very thick recommended! Thank you we enjoyed it!

Dear Andrés and Natasha, Thank you for making this dream house by the sea available to guests. For us, the most beautiful Airbnb we've ever had. It's a true gem, beautifully decorated and boasts high rooms with an exciting layout. It is right by the sea and easy to find. The various terraces and window fronts were amazing. For example, we were able to watch our children from the lower seating area in the sun lounger while playing on the beach. All rooms are very inspiring and the constant sound of the waves made us sleep very relaxed. The view from the living room and upper bedroom is unique and very romantic. Everything was very clean and the beds very comfortable. Under these circumstances, it wasn't a bad thing that the wifi went down a few times. We were very warmly welcomed, the accommodation is right on the mountain with a beautiful view of the sea and out the back, the volcano looms. The finca is in a clean condition where you feel right at home. The paradise garden, which can be partly used, is definitely worth seeing. We had a really nice time here and will definitely come back:)

We've just finished our stay at the property and it was perfect. We wanted somewhere to relax for the week in beautiful surroundings and it ticked that box and more! The house itself is gorgeous and has everything you'd need for your stay, including a juicer which meant we got to have fresh OJ every morning, with oranges bought down the road. The pool and hot tub in particular were amazing with fantastic views down the valley.

The house was very nice✨, as you can see in the photos, it also smelled very good, everything was very clean and we had many towels, blankets and details such as food, drinks, etc. that are very useful and much appreciated! The hostess was very nice and very attentive, always at your disposal. We were very comfortable and would repeat 😊👍🏼

Apartment was very clean, everything was working the views were unreal very peaceful. Christelle was a great host, nice little touches included and was very responsive.

Very spacious and clean apartment with two lovely terraces, dedicated workspace and easy parking just outside on the street. Perfect location to explore Teide. Everything as described and the communication with the host was very easy. The only negative thing I could think of is that the dishwasher was not in ideal condition and need refreshing. Otherwise, the quality for the price is just perfect, highly recommended !

This is a lovely apartment right in the centre of Los Gigantes. It is very spacious, bright, clean and modern. We felt very at home here and especially liked the big comfy sofa and bed. Lovely balcony and roof terrace with loungers. Fantastic restaurants in Los Gigantes and we found it a very friendly town. Claire is also very friendly, kind and helpful.

Great location with breathtaking view, clean and very wel organized appartment with everything you need

We had a great stay in Maya's apartment. Everything was tastefully decorated. The terrace is very large, very pleasant and the view is magnificent. Parking space in a well-secured garage. Access is very easy and the instructions are very clear. Everything is thought out so that the stay goes well. Access to the beach and the very nice 70's is easy. We really recommend it. We would sincerely like to come back. The place is ideally located for visiting the Teide Park and the cities of La Laguna and Santa Cruz. It is close to Reina Sofia Airport but we do not hear or see any planes. When you arrive at the end of the day it is therefore perfect. Maya is responsive and welcoming. She is committed to her guests having a great stay and it is successful.
