Located in a very quiet area on the outskirts, with all the advantages that this offers you, patio, pool, views of the countryside ... and just 15 minutes walk from the center. Carefully furnished and equipped. It consists of 2 double bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed (to accommodate up to 6 people in total), a kitchen, a toilet and a separate shower. Ideal for couples with children. Although the apartment is part of the main house, our clients can enjoy its patio and pool exclusively.

The lower floor that is offered acquires independence and privacy by not being shared, only the entrance to the house is common. Residential neighborhood, quiet, spacious, with easy free parking and well connected. Bus stop in front of the house. Hospital and supermarket very close by on foot.

It has no steps in the entire plot, not even to access the house. Well connected with sites near the Almagro theater, the Daimiel tables, Ruidera Lagoons, Castles.
