In Stenungsund, on Tjörn and Orust, there are many excursion destinations. Experience a uniquely preserved farm on the border of Svartedalen Nature Reserve. Large garden and proximity to lakes and amazing nature, forest with mushrooms and berries. Possibility to borrow a boat, canoe and to pet sheep. On the farm, there are hens that provide fresh eggs for breakfast (mostly), we who rent out live on the neighboring farm and have Gotland sheep that often graze in the pastures around the house. The house has a simple standard, with well-preserved charm.

Sjövik is 40 minutes away from central Gothenburg and 20 minutes away from Alingsås with good connections by bus. Going swimming in lake Mjörn is a 600 meter walk from the cabin to a jetty or 1,3 km to the beach. There are also several nature reserves to explore in the surroundings.

We live in the very scenic area of Öijared, only 30 km from Gothenburg. The area provides lots of possibilities for recreation with beautiful foot- and cycle paths, Nääs Castle, café, crafts and only 1,5 km from one of Northern Europes largest golfcourses.
