Nice beatiful studio 30sqm in the 1 floor in my old private town house built in 1905. Walking distance to the famous Ålesund City center with its jugend style arcitekture and the viewpoint Aksla. A must for all tourists. 3 min with the bus to the harbour and city center. 10 minutes walk to the seaside where you could take a swim at the beach or go for fishing. Bus stop just outside the house. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Washing machine and dryer in the basement. Close to the NTNU.

The whole house is covered in large windows, so you can soak in the beautiful scenery from every room you’re in. The house also has two large terraces on the second floor with a view of the fjords.

Parties not allowed. Due to the price of electricity, if you want to use the sauna, a supplement of 200 nok per session will be asked.
