Welcome to OAH-1870, the oldest surviving house in Ålesund’s city center – a charming cultural treasure built in 1870. This unique home withstood the devastating fire of 1904, preserving not only its original character but also a true piece of local history. The bathroom has a shower and washer dryer combo. Down the hallway is a bedroom with a 150x200cm bed and a big closet, and a living room with a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm and a crib. The house is located on our family land, so you get the opportunity to live next to local people who give you tips on things to do in the area. Sjøholt is the perfect location for exploring the nearby tourist attractions. Both summer and winter, this is a perfect base-camp for exploring Sunnmøre and Romsdal. The house has a quiet and peaceful location, and is well equipped with what you need.

Fantastisk sommerhus ved sjøen. Oppvarmet basseng, utendørs boblebad, 2 havkajakker, fiskeutstyr. Dette er plassen for familier som virkelig vil kose seg. Naust rett ved huset. Masse uteplass. Skyvetak på bassenget, så kan brukes og ved dårlig vær. Holder 27 grader. Fiske i sjøen utenfor huset er veldig bra. Og en liten lakseelv 500 meter fra huset. Nytt- Kan leie båt.
