Invite friends for drinks at sunset around the fire pit on a rooftop terrace with panoramic city views. Indoors, a dark grey accent wall provides a sophisticated contrast to gleaming hardwood floors, while a fireplace adds a touch of homey comfort. Enjoy the 55" 4K television and SONOS Playbar.
“This apartment was in a PERFECT location to everything! We were walking distance from the Potomac, coffee shops, restaurants, thrift stores, designer shops, art gallery’s, and the Metro. We took the Metro into Georgetown for more shopping and to see a concert at the Warner Theater. I would recommend this location to anyone and would absolutely stay here again.”
My place is located in the heart of Del Ray, a charming neighborhood in Alexandria, next to Old Town. Lots of public transportation options and close access to Reagan National Airport and Washington DC. This newly finished basement apartment gives you privacy in a charming residential neighborhood that is named one of the best neighborhoods in the country. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets). Queen sized bed, bath and kitchenette.
“Mary's place exceeded our expectations. It was clean and tidy with many thoughtful touches and amenities such as coffee/tea and milk, a brita water filter, a fan, excellent A/C, books and movies, guides to Alexandria and DC, and hygiene products. We felt right at home. Everything that Alexandria has to offer is either a walk or short drive away. Mary was so welcoming and easy to communicate with. We hope to stay again!”
Named after Anne Ervin, school teacher & respected resident. Located in the heart of Historic Occoquan enjoy the simple treats from the Fudge Shop just below you, and the local artistic offerings of the Undertaking Co-op in the same building. Also enjoy dining at the local restaurants and bars. Shop for unique handmade jewelry. Take a tour at the Occoquan Museum. Rockledge Mansion is right down the street from you as well. A waterfront deck accessible with your stay, or walking along the water
“We highly loved this cozy spot on the Occoquan River—we came for a work trip and felt like we were on a vacation retreat with the river view, bird sanctuary, green treetops outside the window, and cozy blankets on the sofa. There are lots of cute restaurant and shop options right outside the door. The walls are thin, so you could here upstairs and side neighbors (tv, conversation) but it didn’t dampen our enjoyment of this comfy space.”
