There is a fireplace with wood burning, possibility for barbecue, refrigerator, and stove/cooking with gas. There are plates, bowls, glasses, cups and cutlery, cheese slicer, and can opener. Perfect location to explore the fjords with Pulpit rock and Kjerag in Lysefjorden, and a lot of other hiking and walking opportunities. In Ålgård Centre is located the shopping center Norwegian Outlet and the amusement park Kongeparken. Explore Stavanger or lovely beaches 25 minutes away. Winter: Ski resorts in the mountains 1 hour away with car. Pets: only dogs are allowed due to allergy in host family.

The Cowboy Cabin in Sandnes

Our very tiny Cowboy Cabin was built after repeated visits to the motel The Old West Inn, in Willits, CA (USA). The house was first planned as a playhouse, then it became more advanced and has served as a playhouse and guest house. Electricity and wifi are installed, cabin toilet and cabin sink (there is no shower). There is a fire pit, sundeck on the roof with sun from morning to evening, if the sun is shining. The cabin is tiny, but has many smart solutions for good well-being and coziness.

Welcome to Fjordbris! Here you can get an overnight stay in the scenic area of Dirdal with an unforgettable view. With only a few meters to the fjord, you almost get the experience of sleeping in the water. All amenities are available either in the tiny house or in the basement of the Dirdalstraen Farm Shop nearby. In 2023, the farm shop was named Norway's best farm shop and is a small attraction in itself. Right next door you will find a sauna that can be booked with an equally good view.
