Cozy newly renovated loft apartment with two bedrooms in the center of Kristiansand. It is a 5 min. walk from the train & bus station. Consists of living room/kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom. Located on the 4th floor, no elevator. The kitchen has a coffee machine, fridge/freezer, stove, microwave and dishwasher. The living room is furnished with a corner sofa and dining table with 4 chairs. The largest bedroom has a double bed (150 cm). The second bedroom has a single bed (90cm). Here you can live stylishly, in peaceful and rural surroundings - perfect accommodation for couples and families with children on vacation. Also ideal for those who need to immerse themselves in work undisturbed. We rent out the guest house on our yard, a lovely little house on the edge of the forest. The house is in solid wood, designed by Trollvegg Arkitektstudio and was completed in 2022. It is located in the back of the property, with the forest as the closest neighbor. Welcome to us!
