The two level 1,800sf cottage has been carefully designed to integrate with nature with large floor-to-ceiling windows throughout. Come relax and recharge in nature. Plenty of activities to do: swim from the dock, canoe/kayak, fish, bike, golf, ski, explore the Gatineau Park, the Nordik Spa, etc. (CITQ#304057. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful all-season home on the Rideau River, only 30 minutes from the heart of Ottawa and 5 mins to Kemptville. Easily explore the neighbouring towns of Manotick and Merrickville or boat, fish, kayak, or canoe in the middle of the largest stretch of the Rideau River (46km of open water from Manotick to Burritts Rapids).

Observe various types of waterfowl or enjoy the sound of our meandering river as it flows into Lyndhurst Lake. This is all part of the natural surroundings in your own private cottage. A great place to stay if you are travelling through the area or while enjoying all the area has to offer including excellent fishing, paddling and hiking area trails.
