Close to LGA Airport and many Bus routes at the corner and few block away form Train Station.

Bright and sunny bedroom in renovated Harlem owner occupied townhouse. The house is steps from 135th Street subway (B and C trains), and 15 minutes to midtown. The bathroom is outside the room, but directly across from it and is only used by the guest staying in this room. Because of NYC regulations, we can only host one person in the room at a time. Please note that although the minimum stay is one night, we typically do not accept one night reservations more than a month in advance.

Enjoy the many local parks places to go, like Socrates Sculpture Park, and Roosevelt Island. Close to trains and buses. I am always available as I live in the unit.

A bus stop is right in front of the building with direct service to Manhattan, and another is half a block away on Boulevard East with stunning skyline views and several bus routes. The location is central and convenient, close to everything while still offering a quiet stay. Enjoy the perfect balance between the excitement of New York City and the comfort of a modern, minimalist retreat.

Designer's apartment located on a quiet tree lined block of the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Just four flights up brings you to a private, separate entrance leading to your stay with a queen bed, 55" flat screen smart TV with all streaming channels, fast wi-fi that is tested for 338 download speed, writing desk and seating area with couch. For one guest host stays in the other side of the unit, two guests, you will have the entire rental.

I will also be present in the unit during the guests’ stay!
