Holiday rentals with beach access in Aliağa

From start to finish Mehmet's communication was excellent, he is extremely helpful. The apartment was spacious, perfectly located for my use, near the promenade, near the tram station and looking out onto lovely gardens. If I'm honest the apartment is noisy from the neighbouring apartments due to poor sound insulation, that said, I would definitely stay again, the best place I've stayed in Izmir.

The house was well prepared. All needs have been taken into account. Everything I thought was missing was more than enough. The apartment is very old but the house is very authentically decorated. We had 2 days of pleasure. The host was very helpful, thank him. I think I will choose it again. Those who will go with their own vehicle can rest assured, the house is not on the street, but there is a parking lot nearby.

Thanks to Ms. Gülgün, we had a great three days in Dikili. The times we spent in the house were also pleasant, we never wanted to get up from the balcony, and it was beautiful in the morning and the evening was different. It had plenty of everything a home should have. It was a tidy and very clean house. It was very close to everywhere and you could enter the sea right across the house. We booked this beautiful accommodation for 4 nights. The hostess was very nice and we were even able to check in earlier. It felt right at home. The accommodation is in a quiet area where you can easily unwind. Once again, thank you to the wonderful hostess. She was very warm and welcomed us very warmly and also said goodbye. Our children and we have taken them to heart. We will definitely be back!!

First of all, Ms. Fatma is a really nice host. Very friendly, tolerant, friendly, polite lady. She asked if I need anything at every turn She was very helpful. She even offered me pancakes one morning. I was very well accommodated. The house was literally spotless. It was spotless from towels to bed, wardrobe to kitchen utensils. I had no issues with check-ins and outs. Thanks to Ms. Fatma, she was flexible. Kitchen utensils are quite sufficient. Extremely quiet, calm and peaceful neighborhood. A few minutes walk to the sea. The sea is very nice. It has a spacious and immaculate feel. A few minutes by car from the center of Foça. The grocery store is also a 5-10 minute walk away. It was a great and hassle free stay for me.

The location of the place was close to everywhere. The house was cute and comfortable, the host, Mr. Bahri, welcomed us with a smile,everything was clean and tidy, we were satisfied. I think the only thing missing from the house is the lack of kitchen utensils. It would be better if there were small pots, a few large knives, a toaster and a small oven. For families with children, the toaster should be in every house. Generally, we loved the house and we were satisfied. In addition, it was very good to have a heater in the house for the winter, the house was warm.

Ms. Sezin was tolerant, flexible, friendly and caring. Most details have been considered for comfort. The house is a convenient, cozy house with a 1+1 home status. We only had a little uneasiness in terms of cleanliness and hygiene, but it was solvable. It is a very calm, peaceful place, and it can be preferred if you have a short holiday. Transportation to the beach and grocery stores is quite easy. Air conditioning is perfectly sufficient.

Our second stay, the house is tremendously comfortable and easily accessible. I highly recommend it in your choice.

Our stay was very nice. Mr. Emre had already called us and given us information about the house. There was nothing different in the house and facilities in the images, everything was as described, everything was very nice, but there were a few flies that bothered us, everything else was very positive. I can say that it is one of the most beautiful places to stay in Foça. In the center , there is easy parking, you can get to the sea and restaurants right away. All the previously mentioned amenities are available in the house and when we entered, we were greeted with immaculate smells and pleasant notes from Mr. İlhan and Ms. Bircan. Ms. Bircan was always in touch, especially even though she was far away with us from our check-in to our exit. I would recommend to anyone.

Everything was very nice. A clean house, a perfect location. The most beautiful beach was 20 steps away. It was a relaxing holiday where we went everywhere on foot, which we enjoyed immensely, and we never took the car out. If we come to Foça again, we will definitely stay at Miniq Home's houses.

We enjoyed our stay with family. In particular, the location on the first floor with terrace and surrounding residential complex was great with a toddler. Everything important within walking distance, beach promenade, supermarket, cafes, peninsula... The apartment is nicely decorated. The host is very kind. We will be happy to come back.
