It is situated in Javea Old Town and you can walk to the old church and indoor food market in 5 mins and to Javea Port (and beach) in 15 mins. There are excellent restaurants and tapas bars within a short walk. Public transport is a short walk away. Tennis and Golf facilities and a choice of many more excellent beaches are a short drive away. Spanish lessons are available.

Heated pool, with separate terrace, private use only guest and owner, preferent for the guest. The owners live in the upper floor, with other terraces.

We rent the upstair apartment of this wonderful Villa in front of the Mediterranean sea. The house is located at the beachfront at the beautiful beach "la Fustera", with private access to it and stunning sea views. It has a beautiful terrace to enjoy the views, private pool and private parking. The downstairs apartment is ocasionally used by members of our family with whom you would only share the parking lot, the access to the beach and ocasionally the swimming pool.

Preciosa casita de invitados de madera con wifi, aire acondicionado inverter, tv satélite y estufa de leña, acogedora y en plena naturaleza donde disfrutar de la tranquilidad y el aire puro, ideal para desconectar, realizar rutas de montaña o por la senda del río. La casa principal donde vivimos los propietarios, está situada próxima a la de invitados, en una parcela totalmente vallada, aunque ambas viviendas tienen total independencia e intimidad.

Se trata de un estudio independiente muy acogedor, de estilo rural, cerca del mar y con todas las comodidades. Entrada privada con baño, dormitorio (aire frío/calor) y salón (nevera, microondas y cafetera). Zona exterior con aparcamiento, terraza, jardín y barbacoa. En la finca hay 3 simpáticos gatos y un pequeño huerto ecológico. Situado a 50 metros del mar, junto al paseo marítimo de la reserva marina, un lugar con mucho encanto y tranquilo.

Also by the fact that each apartment has a private terrace and a private entrance and exit and there is a maximum of 10 guests on the property at the same time. Our apartments have a direct view over Javea and the sea. The complex also has a spacious pool area, which can be shared by our guests.
