Screened porch, oversized deck, and propane grill. Private riverfront access with a bench swing, fire pit, and a hammock. This cottage is also within 3 miles of C&O Canal, 17 miles from Historical Romney, 15 miles to Cumberland, MD and 10 miles to the Paw Paw, WV tunnel. 2 kayaks and 1 canoe available for river excursions. Come enjoy hiking, biking, kayaking, fishing or simply soak in all nature has to offer in the backyard.

Just 2 hrs from Baltimore and DC, The Sanctuary is a perfect weekend mountain escape to get away from it all and connect with nature while still enjoying some luxury amenities. It is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom cabin situated on 6+ acres in the mountains outside Berkeley Springs, WV. It includes spacious outdoor living space, a hot tub, sauna, grill and a separate bathhouse. You will be required to digitally sign an additional rental agreement before your stay.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING inside our home in consideration of future guests We love animals but unfortunately they are not generally allowed. Exterior cameras for everyones security, front and back.
