Holiday rentals with lake access in Allevard

Martine welcomed us warmly to her very well-equipped and as-described accommodation. We felt right at home and our baby acclimated very well. Our host is not stingy with advice and recommendations about the area. In love with the area, we will definitely come back to this little nest!

Alexandre was very flexible in accommodating our late arrival and departure times. We greatly appreciate it. All instructions were clear TO BE DONE AGAIN

Very friendly host and always available. The accommodation perfectly matches the photos, even exceeds them! Although located near the road, the noise remains very discreet. The decoration is neat, the furniture well chosen, and the bedding of excellent comfort. The lake is very close, as is a convenient bakery for breakfasts. The place is in a very good location close to Allemond so can walk to bakery/small shops/restaurants ect. If in need of a bigger shop Bourg-d'Oisans is only a short driving/cycling distance. For Cycling the surrounding area is perfect, with famous climbs such as Alpe d'huez about 10 kilometers away. There are also cycle lanes along the river which are flat and good for sessions/running. Michel as a host was good and responsive and always there to help if needed, the place was clean when I arrived and exactly as pictured. definitely one of the best spots in the area

Beautiful house with beautiful rooms and neat decoration. The view is splendid. The exterior has several dining areas, balcony, garden and rest area. for the interior the equipment is complete, lots of dishes and utensils to be able to make meals without difficulties. the surroundings, Lake Paladrun and villages are 5 minutes' walk away. In addition, on Sundays there is a very beautiful market. a big thank you to yoann! for his availability.

We had a wonderful weekend at Chantale's place. It is fully functional and very well arranged. There's nothing missing. The accommodation was impeccable when we arrived, which makes it all the more welcoming. The terrace with unobstructed views of the mountains is incredible! The cottage pool is also very pleasant with an ideal exposure since it is in the sun all day. Very good feeling with Chantale, she is a very friendly and caring host for her guests. Didier's accommodation is really fantastic. Wonderful location with a great view of the reservoir! There is everything you need. The reception was very, very warm and super friendly. We spent a week cycling in Allemond and will certainly come back! Tip Top five star accommodation...!

The hosts were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We had a problem with transport to the Tomorrowland festival, but the hosts helped us out and saved our vacation. The room was spotless. They have everything in place. The surroundings were quiet and private. Highly recommended.

Old house, clean and comfortable to live in because it is very well equipped (dishes, grocery store, games/books, freezer, barbecue...). We also really appreciated that towels were provided and beds were made upon arrival! The garden with direct access to the lake via the dock, is a major asset that contributes to the charm of the place. Marion is a considerate, accommodating host, with whom communication was very easy. The check-in and check-out management with Celine took place in a simple and seamless way. A big thank you to both of you! In short, this is a beautiful place to rest, recharge and have a great time with family or a group of friends!

A great place with at fantastic view! A perfect location for a holiday, all in our family loved the place. The house was clean, comfortable, private and with a nice pool. Vincent was very helpful, and we will highly recomment his place.

Pretty and comfortable house as described, we were hosted very well by Laurent as well as the people who take care of the maintenance. The house is largely sized for our family of two parents + 4 teenagers, everyone found their place easily. Laurent takes particular care of the comfort and well-being of his tenants and everyone is very friendly! The small center a few minutes drive away (15 min walk for the brave ones) offers all the necessary food shops, the municipal beach is certainly paid but is great (diving board, supervised swimming, refreshment, cleanliness) and obviously the surroundings offer many opportunities for visits, activities and hikes easy and less easy.

Quietly nestled in the small hamlet of St Martin overlooking the Chéran Valley, the house is very pleasant to live in. This restored old farmhouse has kept its authenticity while offering perfect comfort. The large garden has stunning views of the vast landscape. The area is preserved, surrounded by farms that produce very good products to discover. A few km away, in the village of Lescheraines , you will find everything you need. Great stay so at Yves and Aline's who made us feel very welcome.

The stay at the 5 elements gîte was a great success. Gilles is a welcoming, responsive host who has made great arrangements for us to have a quality stay! I really appreciate your advice, flexibility, and services. Looking forward to staying with you again!
