Private bedroom and bathroom in a bourgeois apartment of 115 m2 (ceiling height of 3 m 20) . You will share the apartment with a men couple (we, Laurent and Julien). The flat is close to all amenities and the beach.

Studio modernly decorated, freshly renovated & centrally located in a quiet small street inside a french art-déco building. Very convenient location to explore the city and go around... Just located 10 steps to the famous avenue Jean Médecin & 6 minutes from the train station... Many shops, restaurants and supermakets down on the streets.
