Member of the Nice French Riviera association, we scrupulously respect the cleaning and disinfection standards recommended by World Health Organization. Prep breakfast in a granite and rosewood-clad kitchen and dine at a mid-century table washed in daylight from adjacent glass doors. From its herringbone wood floors to its smart fittings and bold colors, this flat emits a refined, stylish aura. This 70 square meters apartment consists of 2 elegant bedrooms with large and confortable new beds. In each room, Japanese doors allow access to a dedicated luxury bathroom which includes an elegant washbasin and a large "Italian" walk-in shower but no toilets. There is one toilet only, in a dedicated room. The living room is in the center of the apartment. The furniture is brand new, of high quality and in the typical style of the 50s. The beautiful kitchen is equipped with high-end components. It includes microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, Nespresso, orange juice machine, dishwasher, extractor hood and washing machine. The kitchen is composed of noble materials: Black granite and very elegant rosewood furniture. The efficient Air conditioning system is appreciated during summer. Parking As it is an old building (1895) there aren’t parking places. We can provide you with a pass for the brand new public parking "Q-Park Gare du Sud" located about 450m from the apartment. Rates : 2 days : 40€ 3 days : 50€ 5 days : 60€ 7 days : 80€ In case of late check-in at night after 22:00pm, an additional charge of 40€ may be applied. The apartment is set in the neighborhood of Vernier - Liberation, steps away from a variety of restaurants, cafes and boutiques. Nice-Ville railway station is a short walk away (Which is convenient to go to Monaco, Cannes, etc.), as are historic landmarks like the St Nicholas Orthodox Cathedral. The famous Liberation market (one of the most beautiful fruit, vegetable and fish market in France) is very close. Many bus lines on Boulevard Gambetta make possible to go everywhere in Nice. The "Promenade des Anglais" is 5 minutes by tram and 15 minutes by foot. The Nice International Airport is close: 7 km, about 15 mn by car or 35 mn by bus.
