19th century mansion surrounded by a 1 hectare enclosed park with century-old trees. The house is in the heart of the village but very quiet and has 8 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and 7 toilets, a large dining room and two living rooms. House completely renovated by combining the charm of the old and modern comforts. The bedding is new and the rooms are decorated with family furniture. Baby equipment available. Linens and towels are provided. Beds will be made upon arrival and we will take care of washing the sheets and towels upon departure. Cleaning fee upon request. We're here to help you plan your visits to the many sights within walking distance. Note that the house is located on the GR13. In the center of the village, near the church and shops. Nice walks from the house. The GR13 passes along the property. 14 kilometers from Morvan Park and the Bourbon Lancy Thermal Baths and Golf Course. This sunny cozy cottage offers you all the comfort, privacy and tranquility for a wonderful stay. The cottage has a kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom for 2 people, bedroom for 3 people and a crib/high chair. Upon arrival, the beds are made, the refrigerator is on and if necessary the wood stoves are lit, wood is available. Outside you have a beautiful view, there is plenty of space to create your own place, in the sun or in the shade. Swing and football for the kids.

From the sunny days, you can enjoy its swimming pool from May to September. And in the meantime, you can relax in the balneo bathtub or you can cocoon in front of a wood fire (or not, there is also electric heating). Closed and enclosed parking in the garage or in the large private driveway.

A little slice of heaven away from the world, where you are simply comfortable. You will find peace and quiet on the edge of the forest. You will have a loft and two bedrooms on the first floor, fully equipped, linens provided... Warning: 3 large, very nice dogs live freely on the property and are well trained. We accept pets on the condition that they are always under the supervision of their owner and do not climb on beds or armchairs.

Beautiful walks in the area: Allier River 5 km away, Tronçais Forest 20 km away. Near us, the Lurcy-Lévy circuit (5 km) or Magny-Cours (25 km) for racing enthusiasts. You will also be about 1 hour from Le Pal Park, only 40 km from Moulins and its stage costume museum.

"La Retirance" Quiet country house

"La Retirance" (the dwelling in Bourbonnais dialect) is a renovated country house located in Bourbonnais, offering peace and tranquility with a vast plot of 2000 m², ideal for relaxing moments. The land is bordered by hedges, which clearly delineates the space, but monitoring is recommended if you are coming with a dog. Easily accessible thanks to its proximity to the A71 highway. It consists of 3 bedrooms accessible only by stairs.
