Located in the mountains, but close to urban infrastructure. 10 minutes drive to the Park of the First President, 12 minutes to the Mega Shopping and Entertainment Center (SEC). Not far from us (10 min) in the mountains there is a SPA with different baths and pools, restaurants and bars. A spa complex with swimming pools is a 3-minute drive away. There is also a billiard club nearby. Within walking distance, there are horse riding clubs for exploring the mountainous and flat terrain.
