Located in the mountains, but close to the city infrastructure. 10 minutes drive to the Park of the First President, 12 minutes to the Mega Shopping and Entertainment Center. Not far from us (10 min) in the mountains there is a SPA with different baths and pools, restaurants and bars. A bath complex with swimming pools is 3 minutes away. There is also a billiard club nearby. Horse riding clubs for walks in mountainous and flat terrain are within a walking distance.

Clean air, sounds of nature and beautiful views around just 30 minutes drive from the city of Almaty. The Oi-Karagai recreation center with a restaurant inside is 5 km away from the house.
