Had a comfortable stay and the place is accessible to city centre, market and grocery shopping. i loved staying here and will visit again soon ☺️

Очень хорошая небольшая квартира с красивым интерьером и множеством продуманных деталей. Мне было очень комфортно в ней. Коммуникация насчет заселения/выселения проходила гладко. У меня не было непонимания, как мне правильно заселиться, что довольно часто бывает на Airbnb. Всячески рекомендую!

Nazira is a perfect and great host, she deserves to be a super host. very responsive, friendly and very helpful. She provided drinking water and even suggest and brought a stand fan on our first night for additional Colling on the bed room and helped us to find a storage for our luggages during our check-out since our flight was on the evening. Special thanks to your son Alan who helped us to stored and collect our luggages in your storage. My wife and I really liked the apartment, very spacious 1 bedroom unit, very clean and complete basic amenities. The location is great, the property is gated and with some amenities, a lot of market stores, cafes and restaurants nearby and walking distance to Mega Park shopping malls. We will stay here again once we comeback to Almaty. Highly recommended. Thank you and hope to see you again Nazira!

Добрый день! Останавливался в этой квартире в июне 2025 — остались только положительные впечатления. Пространство очень уютное, с современным интерьером и тёплой атмосферой. Всё продумано до мелочей: от кухонных полотенец и таблеток для посудомойки стирального порошка до патчей и ушных палочек. Очень чисто, бельё и полотенца свежие в достаточном кол-ве, матрас удобный — спать было комфортно и тихо. Локация — одна из лучших в Алмате: всё рядом — рестораны, магазины, барбершопы, прогулочные зоны. Вид на горы потрясающий, но особенно порадовало, что окна выходят во двор — нет уличного шума, и солнце не перегревает квартиру. Это особенно актуально летом. Спасибо за отличный приём — с удовольствием вернусь!

Всё было супер! Спасибо за гостеприимство! Новая, чистая квартира в отличном месте. Могу только посоветовать! Приедем с удовольствием ещё раз!

Good property and good location

The host and his wife met us when we got there and were so kind to show us everything—even where our kids could play! Everything was very clean and neat, and the hosts were so kind and helpful. We even forgot one thing when we left and they were so gracious to let us back in and always very quick to respond.

Жилье на высоте: и по качеству, и по факту - высота 1400 метров над уровнем моря, это 500 метров над центром города, а значит и над смогом и низкой облачностью. Жилье очень классное, все продумано и делалось хозяином для себя. 10 из 10

Really great place not so far from sky station I come with my friends and I really recommend the staff are really kind! Best place for enjoying with friends or family.

Great place- best AirBnb I've stayed at in a long time. The house is large and very thoughtfully and tastefully decorated. We like to prepare our own meals and nearby options for eating out were very limited so we really appreciated the well equipped kitchen. Sergey was very helpful and as present as we wanted him to be- above and beyond as a host, especially for this part of the world! There are 3 ski areas within a short drive and the entrance to the national park is right up the road.

Raikan is one of the best airbnb hosts. She goes above and beyond a host would normally do. She was extremely helpful, she even helped us with our groceries and ordering food, better than our tour guide. It would be to any tourists great advantage to be hosted by her. Thank you Raikan, you made our stay easier. ❤️

Very happy with the stay. Great host that was very accommodating and easy to work with. No surprises and no issues. The location is fantastic. I highly recommend staying here to be walking distance to the best parts of Almaty.
