Holiday rentals with a patio in Almería

a very comfortable stay. the apartment was very clean and modern. easy check in and communication was great. The addition to access to the pool was great for the late afternoons. would recommend

El apartamento está a pie de la playa de San José. Hay restaurantes casi al pie del apartamento y una cafetería justo abajo donde hemos desayunado estupendamente. Está situado en el centro de la zona turística de San José y tiene una terraza maravillosa donde puedes salir por la mañana y te da un sol y unas vistas estupendas. A la playa de San José tardas 5 minutos escasos porque está justo al lado del alojamiento. El apartamento muy limpio, con todas la comodidades. La coordinación para llegar ha sido muy buena. Nos ha esperado María para darnos las llaves y el mando del garaje que ha sido lo más porque no hemos tenido problema de aparcamiento. Es un apartamento muy recomendable para quien esté buscando comodidad, tranquilidad, descanso, playa y un poco de buena comida, heladerías, tiendas, etc. 100% recomendable.

Wat een heerlijk plek om je meteen thuis te voelen. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, is ruim en lekker licht en heeft een heerlijk terras. Ik kom hier graag nog eens terug.

Increíble apartamento ubicado en una loma con vistas increíbles todos las mañanas. Tomar el café en la terraza es maravilloso para comenzar el dia. Un super detalle el café ofrecido muy delicioso. Las instalaciones cuenta con todo gym, piscinas, salones de juego. Estacionamiento interno incluido muy bueno para carros pequeño Gracias Noelia y su esposo JuanJo quien nos recibió en persona.

Mojacar is stunning!! Lovely flat and true to description and photos. Was actually a lot larger than it looked. Everything you would need in the kitchen and bathroom. Pool area was spotless and having the beach directly over the road gave you options. Supermarket only a 5 minute walk and lots of gorgeous restaurants in easy walking distance - 5-10 minutes and lots more a little bit further along the beach. Veranda space was ideal for a glass of wine after a hard day of sunbathing! Rachel was very helpful and can’t thank her enough for letting us stay - we will definitely be back if she’ll have us. 5 star property 👍🏻

Gabriel & Ana are superb hosts and go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and everything is perfect with your stay. The property itself is just wonderful and in a fantastic location with a flat walk to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and bus stops. We have been here for 5 weeks and are so sad to leave. The apartment was perfect size for the two of us and exceptionally clean. The whole development is very well maintained and very safe and clean. The swimming pool is lovely with access to it just a few step from your balcony. Having use of the bikes is an added bonus and we made a lot of use of them exploring the surrounding areas. There are lots of very safe cycle paths to use. I can’t recommend this property enough. We have loved every moment of our stay and will definitely be coming again. Thank you Gabriel and Ana.

El apartamento de Miguel en Vera es tal cual se describe y se ve en las fotos. Camas muy cómodas, como estar en casa. La ubicación es perfecta y la urbanización con piscinas e instalaciones ideal para ir en familia. Miguel y Eva encantadores, lo recomendamos 100%

The apartment was as described, it was spotlessly clean and welcoming (and a nice welcome pack gift on arrival). The property was well equipped with everything you need, so many times you have to have to go out and buy small essentials, not the case here. The position was perfect, lots of steps if you are not able bodied but it was fine for us, lovely and quiet around the block which was nice as were the neighbours. The beds were very comfortable. Ceiling fans and air conditioning all making the stay extremely comfortable. Outside space was tidy and comfortable, could do with a couple of sun loungers. Parking is on street but ok. Overall a lovely stay, we will return 100%.

La casa es muy bonita y con todas las comodidades. Las estancias son amplias y el patio una delicia poder disfrutarlo. Volvería a quedarme aquí sin dudarlo.

This was an absolutely brilliant find for us on a longer holiday in Spain, and over a number of locations this was definitely our favourite stay! The apartment was comfortable and clean, and the outdoor space was amazing. Such a wonderful place to relax, have a swim, BBQ and have a beer or two! Martyn and Marie were wonderful hosts, quick to respond and very happy to give us privacy for the rest of our stay. We really enjoyed this and would 100% recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay and Laura was wonderful host. The villa was decorated well with nice homely touches. The outside was spacious and we made good use of the excellent pool. The villa was in a residential area but within walking distance to beach, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. A bus stop was near by for us to go further afield. We stayed for the whole month and had a brilliant time. Would recommend the Villa to anybody wanting to come to this area.

Jolie petite maison pour séjourner à deux en arrivant à l’aéroport d’Almeria avant de rayonner dans la région. Prévoyez de la nourriture car il n’y a rien à l’arrivée .

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Silvana nous a très bien accueilli et accompagné. L’endroit est très jolie, calme et bien situé. Nous recommandons vivement!

La casa es igual que en las fotos, estaba limpia y muy bien equipada. Hemos pasado unos días fantásticos, está en una buena localización para visitar Cabo de Gata y distintas playas. Se puede aparcar cerca de la casa con facilidad. Juan José ha sido muy amable y muy atento en todo momento. Recomiendo mucho su alojamiento.

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

Gaïa est très agréable et de bons conseils pour les mieux typique. Elle ne parle pas français mais à appelé sa cousine qui elle le parle de façon excellente, donc aucun quiproquo. Nous sommes arrivés en retard mais elle nous attendait, elle nous aussi expliqué où nous garer à proximité. Sont logement est top, et le prix est parfait. Je recommande en tout point

Wir verbrachten zwei Nächte in Patricia‘s Häuschen . Sie begrüßte uns sehr herzlich , hatte bereits einen fahrbaren Gasofen bereit gestellt , wofür wir sehr dankbar waren. Es standen Früchte, Tomaten und Getränke bereit und sie gab uns viele tolle Tipps für Ausflüge in der Umgebung . Das Innere des Hauses ist sehr gemütlich , es ist alles vorhanden um sich selbst zu versorgen . Außen ist es wunderschön gestaltet und lädt zum Sitzen ein . Da wir nur einen kompletten Tag zur Verfügung hatten , starteten wir früh. Die Gegend in diesem Naturpark ist spektakulär, wir liebten die kleinen Orte an den schönen Stränden . Leider hatten viele Restaurants geschlossen , die Saison im Cabo de Gata endet Mitte Oktober . Wir möchten Patricia noch einmal danken für ihre Gastfreundschaft .

This is a neat and tidy 1 bed accommodation with a large roof terrace which is amazing depending on if and who is using the adjoining property then privacy can be an issue for some. The pool is amazing and it’s in a great location with shops bars and restaurants( of which there is a wide range)all within a short walking distance and Garrucha town is just a Km walk along a lovely promenade where are more seafood restaurants and the excellent Mercadona Supermarket. Adrian is an exceptional host he responds very quickly to any issues that may arise and his advice and recommendations are spot on. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Graham was the perfect host providing us with lots of information beforehand on beaches, restaurants, places to visit & golf courses. He met us on arrival & showed us where everything was & had even provided a cold bottle of fizz & a delicious Spanish cake. His apartment is beautiful with really comfortable beds & excellent showers. The best bit was the terrace with amazing sea views. He has thought of everything & there is a real sense of thought & care for his visitors e.g. he makes it very clear that you are welcome to use all the herbs, spices, oils etc. He even provides beach towels which is great. Our favourite beach was Playa Amarillo which was a 5 minute drive away although the beach in front of the apartment was good for swimming if it was a bit choppy in other places. We visited Lorca & Mojacar for days out & Aguilon Golf which were all easy to get to. We would definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you Graham for a lovely stay.

Beautiful, stylish apartment situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac, a short walk from the beach and beachfront bars a restaurants. Fabulous modern facilities including a large, comfortable bed, large bathroom with shower, fully-equipped kitchen, an outdoor dining area and a rooftop terrace. Helpfully, we had access to two sun loungers and parasol for use at the nearby shared pool or beach, There is parking on site and on the street. Romaine is the perfect host; welcoming and friendly, flexible, knowledgeable - she really couldn’t have done anymore for us. Highly recommended!

lovely apartment. Had a little problem finding it but this was a google maps issue and not the hosts. Very clean and large smart TV not a tiny one you sometimes get at other places. Towels were of excellant quality. Overall a great place, accurately described, Thank you.

Javier is a very good and reliable host! Always a quick reaction, solves things and is friendly. The appartment is very nice, everything you need is there and it has a nice garden. The (small) supermarket and a few restaurants are very close to the appartment and the environment feels good. Lots of nice villages in the neighborhood. We can absolutely recommend this appartment!!
