This is truly a fantastic place. It is an old totally renovated fishery. The size is 180 square meters, and the pier is 200 squares. The house has everything you need and appears today as a new exclusive modern house. It has 2 bath, bathtub, 4 bedrooms with a big (200cm x180cm) nice bed, modern kitchen, very good WIFI, 65" TV, washing machine and dryer, and an exclusive sauna. We want everyone to experience nature as closely as possible. Therefore, we have built three small cabins/ houses, with large glass surfaces everywhere, so that you can sit inside and enjoy the mountains, the horizon, the sea , the sunsets and the midnight sun. Now it's not always sunny on the island, so we have a nice sofa, which can be daybed too, for moments when you want to sit inside under the blanket, look at the rain and the wind, but still get a great experience of the changing nature.

Hytta ligger i et av de beste landbruksområdene i Nord-Norge. Veiene og stiene og naturen i fjellene og langs kysten og i bygda her egner seg godt til fine turer. På sykkel og til fots. Eller kajakk. Living room with kitchenette + extra living room in attached room with a view 1 bedroom on the 2nd floor with low ceilings. The dishes are done in the "old way" in a tub, and water must be collected from the bathroom. Not wifi or TV. Find peace and enjoy the view. Nice hiking areas, beach and fire pits nearby. Guests do their own laundry, fees apply on the premises if it is not cleaned.

The accommodation was nice, modern and equipped with everything you need. The communication with Henning was great and very courteous! We were informed and educated about everything. The accommodation is still in the construction area with some construction sites, but that was completely fine. The midnight sun shone directly on our hot tub:) 15 minutes from Henningsvær and the nearest shopping.

Beautiful Skrova, something completely unique. Fantastic annex to stay in, has everything you need for a good stay. Clean, tidy, good decor, quiet and great views. Recommended, I would like to stay here again.

Our stay at this beautiful hut was the highlight of our Norway trip. The hut is equipped with everything needed for a longer stay and the surrounding area is stunning and peaceful. In our short time, we were able to explore the local trails to the nearby beaches, see a moose directly from the window, catch and cook an arctic cod — all of it in just 2 nights. John-Karstein was very welcoming and has clearly put a lot of passion into building a very authentic and unique staying experience. We wish we could spend a longer time and will certainly be back for longer next time.
