Here you get complete privacy with the sea as your closest neighbor. Outside the door there is an eldorado of opportunities such as fishing, boating, beach life and many hiking opportunities on Svines and Tjøtta. The cabin has two bedrooms + loft. Connected to electricity and rainwater The cabin is located on Gårdsøya on Svines, 10 min drive from Tjøtta, and 40 minutes away from Sandnessjøen.

Welcome to Gården, a large and charming house with plenty of space for many guests. The house has been renovated and refurbished in recent years, and is both cozy and comfortable. The property is a short walk from the lake in rural and idyllic surroundings on Offersøya just outside Sandnessjøen. A good starting point for experiencing the beautiful Helgeland coast with fantastic trips to mountains such as the Seven Sisters or Dønnamannen, island hopping by bike or trips in the beautiful archipelago by boat or kayak.

Roller blinds and light-tight curtains in bedrooms. Kitchen: fully equipped, refrigerator, stove and mini oven. Bathroom. Heating device NB! Terrace outside balcony door is missing!

The place is peaceful and there is little traffic. There is also a floating dock that is available for swimming. Fishing can also be accessed from the cliffs by the cabin. The cabin is located in scenic surroundings and has access to good hiking areas. The center of Silvalen is 6 km away.
