A whole island for yourself with a cute cabin for two people with the basic necessities and direct access to the Atlantic Ocean. You can catch fish, spot eagles and sea-otters, watch the endless sunset and be directly in nature undisturbed by the modern world. A small rowing boat is included. Velkommen til Fjordbris! Her kan du få en overnatting i det naturskjønne området Dirdal med en uforglemmelig utsikt. Med kun noen få meter til fjorden får en nesten opplevelsen av å sove i vannet. Alt av fasiliteter er tilgjengelig enten i minihuset eller i kjelleren til butikken Dirdalstraen Gardsutsalg like ved. Gårdsutsalget ble i 2023 og 2025 kåret til Norges beste gårdsbutikk og er en liten attraksjon i seg selv. Rett ved siden finner du en badstue som kan bookes med like god utsikt.

Solbakken Microhouse

The micro house is located in peaceful and scenic surroundings in Solbakken farmyard on Os. In front of the house is Gallery Solbakkestova with its associated sculpture garden that is always open to the public. Around the house goats graze, and you have a view of some free-range chickens, and some alpacas on the other side of the road. The house has terraces on both sides, where it is lovely to sit and take in the surroundings and feel the peace. There are also great hiking trails nearby.

The cabin is situated on a farm at Helle in Sunnfjord, in a beautiful scenery at Førdefjorden. It has an amazing view to the fjord and the majestic snow top mountain with a glacier. It lies close to the fjord and a small beach. Perfect place for hiking, fishing and relaxation in a rural retreat. Nearest supermarked is in Naustdal, 12 km from the cabin, and local cafe/shop is 10 min away. Free WiFi in the cabin. Motorboat for rent (summer season). Self service farm shop with fresh eggs!
