If you are a nature lover who enjoys a country, somewhat rustic-style home, this is the place for you. It wasn't easy to find (don't follow Waze's directions...), but we finally found it with Michealyn's direction. We didn't have time to enjoy the garden since we were busy every day with activities (Semuc Champey is a MUST!). But if you have more time on your hands, it is a great place to relax with nature outside your door. a few tips to make the stay better: The dogs are friendly, but after the first night, where they barked all night long right under the bedroom window, my advice is to ask to take them off the premises for your stay. The host easily did it. If the internet is down (which happens every few hours), unplug it and plug it back and it will work. Ask the host how to get the hot water in the shower (it's a little trick). All in all, Michaelyn was quick to respond and the housekeepers were a great help as well.

One of the best places available to stay in Coban, I always find difficult to find a place to stay with a good relation between quality, location and price. This place has it all. The house is nice, big and with enough room to accommodate everyone. The location is perfect we used it as a starting point to travel around, the kitchen is so useful and there is a grill if you have time make sure you use it. Would recommend this property and will definitely stay again if available.
