Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Alte

Unique, cozy little house with the beach right outside, perfect for a one of a kind vacation. Sagres is the chillest place, surf town with incredible natural beauty and all the essentials. Hosts are lovely. We had a great time.

We spent a week at Sophie's accommodation and it was super nice and relaxing! We felt very comfortable. What you should know, the apartment is a few meters above the street, so you should be fit enough for the way. We managed it with suitcases without any problems. The bathroom is very small, but everything is doable. The kitchen was really super equipped. Restaurants and food are within walking distance, Sophie was always available to us as a contact person!

We spent 8 wonderful days in the villa "Casa vista do mar" - a real paradise. You immediately feel comfortable, surrounded by pure nature with breathtaking views. The vacation home is well equipped, nothing is missing. Thanks to Tobias' directions, the journey from Faro airport was easy. Andrea was at our side on site and provided us directly with information about restaurants, shopping and excursion destinations. We were able to unwind wonderfully and recharge our batteries. The tranquility, the view and the loving care made our stay unforgettable. We recommend this holiday home without reservation and already know: We will come back! Uta's place is magical. Set up high, it overlooks a small village to the south and the sprawling sera to the north. The surroundings are peaceful, away from the tourist bustle of coast. The casa itself is beautifully appointed. All of the practical things are just as they should be (great dinnerware; comfy beds; plenty of sitting areas) and, beyond this, the place is aesthetically joyous. Plenty of art and other thoughtful touches, carefully curated, that make it so inviting. Surrounding the casa are small pathways walled with verdant plant life. The whole place is clearly a labour of love. Uta is a responsive and thoughtful host. We liked it here so much we immediately booked for a longer stay next year. One of the very best places we've ever found on Airbnb.

Great place to stay. Great host giving us lots of useful tips. Very friendly, exactly as described. Good location for accessing beaches, towns and countryside. a Although you do have to drive everywhere. Would go back tomorrow!!

We loved staying here. Anna-Lena was very welcoming. Her place is very special and has been created with a lot of love. There were also oranges and wine in our kitchen which was lovely. Anna-Lena took the time to share info on hikes and beaches. We love having locals tell us about special spots.

Such a beautiful setting for this perfect holiday escape. The house is stunning, the terrace offers view across the hills, and the pool is perfect. We had a fabulous break here. The hosts were very responsive and helpful, and offered suggestions for local amenities, and were spot on about the local beaches! Would definitely recommend.

Really lovely place with superb terasse and a good location. S&A were good communicators and gave excellent suggestions! Would defo visit again!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Jonathan was very helpful and really communicative throughout my stay. Check-in was super easy, the apartment was very clean with a lovely patio area out the back. The location is fantastic as you're not in the heart of all the action, but only a few minutes walk away and the beach is at the end of the road. I would definitely stay here again.

Leslie is a lovely host. She was extremely helpful, supported us with local tips, eg with the local car rental. Her place is calm and beautiful. I loved the beaches close to the house. Just amazing!

We really enjoyed the stay in this Airbnb and had everything we needed. We loved to have a breakfast on the terrace or take an Uber to town. Monica gave us a short tour and instructions through the house and also provided recommendations for nearby activities. We would come back again.

Aurelia’s house had a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I walked in. I especially appreciated the local guidebook on the living room table- it’s clear Aurelia truly cares about her guests’ experience.

Great apartment. Clean and comfortable - had everything you needed. Excellent location - pools and beach all within 5 minute stroll. Restaurant and supermarket directly under apartment - super convenient. Roof terrace perfect for relaxing in the evening. Hope to return in the future. Thanks to Harold - very helpful host.

We enjoyed a wonderful holiday at Casa Nanna. The apartment was positioned perfectly at the top of a beautiful cobbled street not far from the Roman Bridge. We enjoyed some wonderful walks especially in the Ria Formosa. The boat trip to Tavira Island was well worth it, only 2.6€ for a return trip. We can highly recommend nearby restaurants Come na Gaveta and Bossa Tavira all within a few steps away. We would highly recommend staying at Casa Nanna and will be returning next year for sure.

We had a fantastic stay at Susana’s place. The accommodation was beautiful and spotlessly clean (very happy to let my little one crawl around on the floors it was so clean!). Much bigger than the photos. Pool area was very peaceful. Lots of amenities without being cluttered. Well stocked kitchen and generous welcome pack. Restaurants and beautiful beaches within walking distance. Great communication and very helpful host. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Perfect place if you look for grounding and for spending time in nature. Very remote, very quiet and peaceful location, ideal also for digital-/media detox. Well equipped accommodation, you will find all you need for cooking etc. Also aesthetically nice place, from perspective of architecture and interior design: very nice small house, with harmonic combination of nice pieces of furniture and arts. Overall very nice experience and perfect place for relaxing, we will for sure come back. Good connection to Jan and local team.

We had a great week. We liked the house and the pool very much, we relaxed well and everything was very quick to reach. The mix of beach, party and city was perfect. Thank you for the quick and easy communication, the check-in and check-out were also super flexible.

Villa is absolutely beautiful exactly like it is in the photos highly recommended, Would definitely stay here again villa is only a few minutes from the town by car. Everything you could possibly wish for in the kitchen, right down to a third fridge in the outside barbecue area. We stayed with friends, as 2 families so eight in the villa and had plenty of room. also separate areas for all of us so it never felt like we was all on top of each other I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of staying here Till the next time 😎

Blue Hill Boutique and Antonio have been fantastic. The villa is first class and the photos are an exact likeness. It truly made for a luxury stay and we will absolutely book again. We are a family of 2 children, 2 adults and the villa is both private, peaceful and very secure. The layout of the villa is perfect with every bedroom opening up to the pool. Olhão harbour was a favourite for gelato when we could convince the children to have a break from the pool. Antonio’s hospitality is first class and nothing was too much trouble and appreciated, especially the welcome bottle of rose

Exceptional setting, quality home with hosts with onions (French expression😂! ) We are fortunate not to have shared the facilities because we were almost alone on the premises: Hammam, Jacuzzi, Massage , pool , Sauna 😍 The Villa is isolated from the rest of the city but ⚠️ be careful there are 2 or 3 additional lodges. In any case Mitchel and Selina are really great, respond quickly to the group's questions, adapt very quickly too and are smiling and full of nice little touches: breakfast several times, welcome beers etc ... Thanks again to them And I can't wait to come back in a few years to see the improvements that have been made to this little corner of heaven 🥰

We stayed at Rich & Yan’s place on our family holiday with our 2 year old and it was just perfect for us. It was lovely to have a big patio area outside too within easy reach of the pool (which we used every day!). Everything had been thought of, from children’s books, welcome food and drink, highchair, travel cot etc to the supply of shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash in each bathroom. We loved the clean, homely feel of the place without it feeling too cluttered. The location was perfect for us, allowing us some peace and quiet when we needed but within a 10/15 minute drive of everywhere we needed to be including beautiful beaches and restaurants. The hosts Rich & Yan were very responsive and provided plenty of recommendations and detailed check-in instructions. We’d definitely recommend this place to anyone with a young family!
