This flat has been our holiday home on the beach since 1990. In 2021 it was completely renovated and now has a spacious bathroom with natural light, a bedroom with good storage and an open-plan living room and kitchen with direct access to the garden, barbecue and pool. Alagoa beach, Altura's main beach, is just 900 metres away, about 5 minutes on foot. The Altura Market, the supermarkets Pingo Doce, Aldi and Intermarché and several terraces are about 3 minutes walk away.

the apartment is entirely new, with all the new equipment. It has a fantastic terrace facing south on the first floor level. It is very close to the beach, but in the center of the small village 2 minutes from bakery, cafes, terraces, restaurants, transport, taxis etc. has free outdoor parking. Despite being in the center, the place is very quiet because the apartment is facing the street without movement. Perfect for walks and bike rides.
