Kevin & Jennifer’s place was amazing. It is a beautiful house with wonderful amenities, clean and quiet. We were traveling with family and it was so nice for us to have our own rooms & bathrooms, with a comfortable shared space. They have everything you could possibly need at the house, including chairs & beach towels, which made traveling/packing so much easier. They were very thoughtful with what is included at the house and we felt perfectly at home! The beach for the community can get a bit crowded, but we got there early and never had a problem, and it is so nice that it is a short walk from the house. Lots of great restaurants and shops within walking distance too. We loved this stay! Truly one of the nicest homes we have rented on 30A in terms of location & amenities in the home. You can tell they put a lot of care into making it a wonderful experience!

We LOVE the Bungalow. Could not recommend it more to couples visiting 30A. We really enjoyed the outdoor space - morning, afternoon, and night. The inside was clean, comfortable, and had everything you need. Felicia is a great host!

We stayed at the Aqua Live Under the Sea home and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect just a short walk to a quiet, private beach with soft white sand and stunning views. The home was beautifully decorated and had plenty of space for our family. The beds were comfortable, and there were more than enough towels and walk-in showers to keep things convenient. Everything felt clean, cozy, and welcoming. This was a great spot for a peaceful family vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in WaterSound, Florida! Our family of six had more than enough space, and the furniture and decor were both stylish and in great condition. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals together. The location was perfect—just a quick 5-minute bike ride to one of the most peaceful, uncrowded beaches on 30A. I’d recommend bringing a wagon or something to pull your beach gear if you plan on biking there. The included 6-seater golf cart was a great perk, though just a heads up—it can’t be taken out of the neighborhood or on the boardwalk to the beach (only 4-seaters are allowed there). The adult bikes were great to have, and we easily rented bikes for the kids at The Big Chill nearby. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would definitely come back. This area of 30A is one of the best, in my opinion—beautiful, relaxing, and not overly crowded!

Paula was very awesome from jump as soon as we booked place for our 2 year wedding anniversary. Without us even asking she was sending very useful information such as local restaurants, things to do and etc. Place was very clean, well kept and beautiful view of the ocean from the window/balcony! Paula was very responsive and check on us regularly to make sure our stay was amazingly remarkable. I recommend her place to anyone! Thanks a million times for opening your place to us Paula!

Such a beautiful, comfortable home overlooking St. Andrews Bay. We relaxed, sunned, fished, cooked wonderful meals in the well-equipped kitchen, and were close to many restaurants and amenities. We loved the house and location and would definitely plan to return! Thank you for a lovely stay!

This is our second stay with Robbie & Ellen. This has become our favorite spot! This is a great location if you have small children. We will be coming back to vacation here.

Linda’s home was absolutely perfect for a girls trip! Gorgeous, clean, and exactly as pictured. Linda gave very clear instructions and had great tips about beach access. If we are in 30A again, will definitely be staying here again!

Annie’s home exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, it was clear she had gone above and beyond to create a warm, welcoming, and impeccably maintained space. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with thoughtful touches from high-quality linens to kitchen essentials. We especially loved all of the beach gear: chairs, umbrella, wagon, and bikes, which made our time by the water and exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. Annie truly thought of everything to make the stay effortless and fun. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, yet quiet and peaceful for a great night’s sleep. Communication with Annie was seamless, with quick responses, clear instructions, and genuinely kind hospitality. It’s rare to find a place that feels both luxurious and homey, but Annie’s place nailed it. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-tier vacation home experience!

As a FTM traveling with my baby on his first beach trip at PCP. Its a huge task on itself to make sure baby is comfortable from the long car ride to the necessity at the beach. Nicole’s home had all the baby essentials, and avoid us renting a highchair, baby gates, beach gear, etc. Her home is quaint and very clean. I was also surprised that she had a Carbon Monoxide monitor! I purchased 2 on Amazon just to be safe prior to arriving at the AirBnB. She is very responsive and answered all my questions before booking and during my stay. We all enjoyed our vacation and everyone in the family raved about the home and location. Next time we are in PCB. We definitely plan on staying here again!!

Brooke was responsive from the beginning. All was as described. Close to the beach, the grandkids loved the pool. Also, the kids' room was phenomenal. Laid out nicely, and the kids loved the bunk beds on each side of the room

Kayla was extremely easy to communicate with & very quick to respond! She offered several recommendations. The house was exactly as listed and a beautiful home! Walking distance to the community pool, coffee shop, ice cream and restaurants. Accommodating to us traveling with small kids & house was kid friendly! TV’s in every bedroom, extra blankets and plenty of pillows! Comfortable beds! We loved the back patio and huge table! Golf cart was easy to access and so convenient! We would load everyone up and drop off at the beach. Provided all the beach equipment we needed! Kayla checked on us every day & we had delicious cinnamon rolls waiting for us when we arrived, a very thoughtful & kind touch! We really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, everyone was so friendly & always waved! Safe neighborhood/area. Check in/out was easy. Absolutely would recommend Kayla’s home and stay here again!

What a great stay! A walk away from the beach and a quick drive to the neighboring beaches! I’d recommend and look forward to staying here again!

We had an amazing time at zula beach. It was very accommodating for our big family. They were very welcoming and had great recommendations. The location was perfect and we enjoyed every second of our stay. The beach supplies really came in handy! We will definitely be back 🫶🏽 thank you for having us.

Thanks Aliene. We enjoyed our stay. The beach is very walkable, nice beach items for our use in the garage, especially the beach wagon to get things back and forth to the beach/ house. Nice bedrooms to give space. We enjoyed the roof top area as well. The kitchen was stocked with good selection of cooking utensils and having a grill was appreciated. I would look to book again for a future trip.

We enjoyed our time so much that we extended our stay for an extra night. I love the location of the house because it’s about 3 min to the beautiful beach. The house has everything you could need. Central location for all activities. We will be back!

Victoria was responsive from the beginning, super helpful very friendly! Unfortunately the last 3 Air BNB were not so great, not quality and not like the photos. This place was perfect, super comfy bed and thats huge when you spend money you need to rest well, extra linens and pillows, kitchen was FULLY stocked with all you needed to cook, the garage was accessible to park and lots of beach toys, fishing poles etc. No dirty feet from nasty floors, plenty of towels, toilet papers, detergent pods and dish soap all available for the first few days . Easy to get to , small side screened porch, not a big yard at all but we came for the beacg not the yard. A+ stay

This place was awesome very up to date very comfortable. I will definitely be returning to the home. The close walk to the beach was very nice and convenient my family lived it! Neighbors were cool and we all just had a great time together. Don’t think twice about renting this property it is well worth it.
