Everything else comes with a place near the fireplace, where you can gather. Clean and new house with amenities. Jacksonville Beach in 25 min. We allowed 2 pets. We charge $100 fee for pet.

Due to owner allergies, we do not allow pets or companion animals. The home is a block away from 8 restaurants and many local shops. We allow a maximum of 6 overnight guests and 4 visitors on the property at one time.
