Great location, home was perfect for the occasion and the view/beach was beautiful.

This house is a gem! I came to stay a week in off season with my dog, Rollo. The location is breathtaking, right on the Long Island Sound. We had a great time exploring the beach, looking for all the biodiversity in the birds and sea creatures, watching the boats, and this place is relatively close to an airport so watching the planes land and take off was awsome as well. We came for privacy, and I expected the beach to be a little more private than it was due to my dog's reactivity. But the neighbors did not seem to have issues with us, and once you are close to the water, especially in low tide, the beach is pretty open for all the locals. Walking around, the locals all waved and said hello. Not too many restaurants close by, but the Lobster Shack down the road had good food! Would stay again! The deck alone was worth it!

Our stay was exceptional and the views truly breathtaking!!! The home was pristine and geared to spending quality time together as a family, which we appreciated greatly. We traveled with our son and his family. The 4yr old twins, loved spending time outdoors and in the private beach area. They even had a large container available to them filled with an assortment of items which they used to build sand castles with their parents. Communication with our host was outstanding. It was evident they went through great care to make their home welcoming. Nothing was needed, but we knew they were but a call away. There was plenty of information in a binder available to guests with an array of eateries. Being in the medical field cleanliness is key… and this definitely was vacation ready. So make your plans, pack your bags. It won’t disappoint.

This was our second time renting Brian's place for a getaway and this stay was as excellent as the last. We love this house so much and Brian could not be a better host. His communication is stupendous; he was always immediately available to respond to any questions we had.

This is a very clean and comfortable house with good quality linen and towels. There is minimal clutter and the place is well furnished with everything you need in the kitchen. The house gives off very good vibes. The view from the French windows across the deck to the little bay is exquisite. All in all, highly recommended.

My husband and I have been staying here for over 10 years, and it’s always fantastic. The house is immaculate, cozy, and consistently well cared for. Judie and Steven are super thoughtful + welcoming, and the atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing weekend. Truly our favorite getaway spot! Can’t wait for the next one!

Spent a long weekend here with one other couple and had an amazing first trip to the North Fork. Karine's home was beautiful and close to everything we wanted to see, and her recommendations were excellent and super helpful! We loved staying at this home - it was the perfect place for our group of ten. The outdoor space was definitely the highlight, with the pool & spa being our favorite part of the trip. The only thing to note is that we weren’t supplied quite enough toilet paper or paper towels, though I did not reach out for more - It was the last evening when we ran out and we were leaving early the next morning. The trash requirements were a surprise after booking, but going to the transfer station was easy enough, and it is listed on the house rules. Overall, an excellent stay and would absolutely return!

Upon seeing her home on the website, I contacted Amy several months prior to my travel days. She responded right away, answered what questions I had, and the booking was set. About a month prior to my check in date I asked to come a day early and she easily accommodated me. I received check in instruction a day or two prior to my arrival. On check in day after a long flight and drive from the airport I contacted Amy from the car asking for any suggestions for dinner prior to reaching her home. She got back to me immediately with a couple of places. It's a beautiful home, lush surroundings and a large pool. There was a notebook with information about the home and check out instructions. I can't give a high enough recommendation!

Michael’s place was amazing, means a few friends stayed this weekend for my birthday. He was always willing to help and very accommodating! The house itself is so beautiful and had everything we needed! It was our first time in The Hamptons and he gave us tons of recommendations!

The house and gardens are beautiful. We enjoyed the outdoor deck with grill and pool, as well as the outdoor seating at a table with gas heating on it. Inside is wonderful, as well. Well equipped kitchen. Nicholas was very responsive and addressed our needs quickly.

Carl was great to work with and responsive with questions and changes that we needed to make to our reservation. The house served our needs and we were a small group of people just needing a place to be before we explored the area. Thanks Carl.

Christine's place was nice and clean! We especially loved the fire pit and the pool. Upon arrival of the AirBNB Christine was waiting to meet us and show us around. This was something that was new to me in my AirBNB experience, but it was honestly so nice and so was she! Christine let me know that I could communicate with her for anything that was needed and asked for recommendations to make her place better. This place was so well-equipped, close to everything and it comfortably fit me and my 6 other friends! I would definitely book again with Christine.

We had a lovely stay at Eric's home. The home exceeded our expectations and we felt right at home. The decor was warm and inviting. Everything you could possibly need was in the stunning, modern kitchen. The beds were all comfortable and we slept very well. The property was very peaceful. We enjoyed seeing deer, turkeys and hawks each day. The fixtures in the home were modern, clean and high-end. It was great being so close to Greenport with it's wonderful restaurants and shops. We can't wait to return.

We had a wonderful stay at Harbor House. The view of Napeague Harbor is gorgeous and the sunsets are just next level spectacular. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking in and the furnishings are very comfortable. The location is great halfway between Amagansett and Montaik. We have rented so many homes over the years, but Rod’s house is by far in the most gorgeous setting. We cannot wait to return.

Hard to imagine a place that looks better in person vs the pics given how good the photos are but wow. What a gem. Super close to town and beautifully designed space. Couldn’t ask for a better montauk house. Also pool is deep !

The cottage is cozy and well-appointed, nestled in a bamboo grove with a view of the sea from the front porch. Just what we needed for a weekend away from the city. Ron was super responsive when we had questions about the heaters. Easy to find and close to town. Overall a great stay.

This was, hands down, the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. Lovely, clean, and has a magic that photos can’t capture. Kind, flexible and communicative hosts. Near a lovely private beach. Amazing amazing yard if you have young kids! Firm and comfortable beds. We can’t say enough good things about this place! Felt like a dream home. We can’t wait to come back!!

Brandon and her husband were amazing. Their place is beautiful and exactly what we were looking for on our vacation. Very relaxing, intimate, and classic Montauk experience. We had a great time and the visitor guide and suggestions were perfect. We hope to go back soon!

Wonderful stay in Montauk. Family of 5 adults. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. It takes 15 mins to walk to the grocery, or only 10 mins the beach and-or a few minutes more only to walk to the town center. The house has a Big smart TV. The backyard is enclosed and safe for children. The yard has a beautiful pergola and outdoor shower (perfect for sandy feet) . The finishes in the house are high quality. There are nice vintage art pieces. The house has both AC and ceiling fans working perfectly. The kitchen had a few missing things that we have communicated to the owner so they probably will be added for the next guests

We had an outstanding stay! The accommodations were exceptional—beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Francesca was fantastic—quick to respond and very helpful throughout the stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!
