With only 50 meters to the water and the harbor, 50 meters to Amager Fælled and 2 km to the main train station and the main street. The apartment is in a new building, on the ground floor with access to a 12 sqm terrace, with direct access to a large common courtyard. The apartment is fully furnished, both in the kitchen and living room. I have lived there myself for 10 years, and am really happy with this little gem :)

The annex is placed on the same lot as the main house, but has separate entrance and is fully detached. 1 minute walk from Furesø lake. Access to private pier with free use of kayaks (2,5 persons + 1 person). Guests enjoy fishing or swimming here. The large nature preservation area, Vaserne, is 1 min away. Bird watching, biking, and hiking is very popular. Copenhagen downtown is 20 km from the house.

Very cosy 1 bedroom apartment in the famous Nyhavn facing a courtyard. Great location close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Walking distance. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. It is possible to be 4 people, but it is with floor bed mattresses in the living room. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities.
