Our cottage, with 2 bathrooms + 2 toilets, 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room, can accommodate 7 people. It is a stone house in the middle of the fields, ideal for recharging your batteries! 10 minutes from Bressuire. 1 km from Boismé: bakery, Api grocery store, restaurant. A large, secluded property, garden furniture, a barbecue, and lounge chairs to enjoy the great outdoors! 45 mins from Puy du Fou! 1.5 hours from the beaches! 1 hour from Futuroscope and the marsh. Ability to rent bed linens.

Newly refurbished for the 2024 season, self-catering gîte for two in rural France, offering a double bedroom, en-suite walk-in shower room, open plan living with log fire and two private patio areas. It's a wonderful situation at the head of the beautiful Gatine valley. Ideal any season for walking, cycling or simply taking time out. In the winter months you’ll be cozy with the log burner - and there are heaters if you need extra warmth in a cold snap - just ask, we’re always nearby to help.

Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Le Parc 79 consists of 2 houses on 6 acres of private land. We sleep up to 18 people across both properties, giving guests flexible use of the public and private areas. Le Parc (main house) has 6 bedrooms (5 doubles + 1 twin + foldout bed). Le Pavillon (guesthouse) has 2 bedrooms (1 double +1 triple). We offer a 12 x 5m unheated saltwater pool, terraces and parkland. We're unable to host weddings/events - please see note below (in Other details to note)

Charming 94 m² cottage ideally located in Gâtine Poitevine between Futuroscope, Puy du Fou and Marais Poitevin. Feel free to visit the "osez la Gâtine" website to get an overview of our region. Sensitive to Heritage and ecology, we had to try different recipes for plasters, paints and tips that we will be happy to share with you if you wish.
