Amba is a beautiful place in western ghats and Viraj's homestay is in the midst of Amba valley. The road towards the property is kacchi sadak however it's motorable. Viraj was proactive in sending me exact GPS location in advance so I had no trouble in finding it even when I reached there at 12 in the night. As I was reaching late both Viraj and his father were in touch with me and he had his housekeeper waiting for me when I reached there The estate was beautifully designed and well maintained. It is in the middle of picturesque Sahyadri ranges offering a beautiful view of the valley. Viraj's father was living at the estate so he was extremely caring courteous. The housekeeper is an excellent cook so both the breakfast and meals were an excellent treat Even if there was no AC the whole day I never felt the heat as the light and medium breeze was always there Overall a nice place and would love to visit again especially during monsoon

Kairi Vishranti is definitely for the nature lover, Mr. Abhay provided everything from Mosquito net, repellent to Hot water kettle, tea, coffee, milk powder and shower amenities. He also helped us in preparing our tour itinerary, and guided us where to visit and eat. The complimentary morning tea was great, and home cooked meals were tasty. Don't plan to visit Ganpatipule on Monday as everything is closed, also there is no electricity on Monday we took shower with cold water. It was pleasant stay and even our 2 doggies 🐕 enjoyed.

Rajwardhan's farm is a huge property, and ideal for those who are seeking serenity. He along with his staff are super hospitable and make sure your are having a good time. Its a thoughtfully planned and managed place, clean and comfortable rooms, beautiful villa and landscaping, yummy food and excellent service. Waking up to Chirping of birds, spotting peacocks, strolling around the farm, and the River around the farm are some of the super awesome experiences. For agro enthusiast they have many varieties of crops and also a hydrophonics section. There is no/ limited mobile network coverage there...a boon in disguise.

Our recent stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth & love that it instantly felt like home. Vikrant was incredibly helpful, kind & always present to guide us, share stories, and ensure we didn’t miss a single special moment. One of the highlights was the delicious home-cooked meals. Vikrant is a fantastic cook. His parents were just as wonderful — so loving, friendly, and genuinely caring. Their presence added so much warmth to our stay. What made this stay truly unforgettable were the little thoughtful gestures: from showing us secret local spots to guiding us to see the magical fireflies at night — an absolutely surreal moment. Dada also shared deep & beautiful insights about nature around us, making us feel deeply connected to the surroundings. Meeting such a talented, grounded & loving family was an experience in itself. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a soulful, offbeat & unforgettable gateway.

Well we were finding the place for family which is near to beach and this is the place. Villa was exactly the same as shown in pics. Neat and clean. Mr. Ganesh is very responsive and make sure you have comfortable stay. The villa is near to Ganpatipule Temple and Many attractive places. Very peaceful place and decent amenities. Caretaker Mr. Ramane and family are very helpful. They serve Good homely food and that too in ample quantity. Over all I will recommend this place to everyone who are visiting Ratnagiri.

Such a sweet place to stay & great value for money. Homely food & your well disconnected from other world for good. Finding the place a bit difficult due to poor network (Airtel) range. We struggled a bit & finally got support from locals... Kalpanaji is well known in this place 😊. Book it & enjoy your stay .. Highly recommended...

Amazing property in the central part of Ratnagiri. The beach, the market, the fort, the station, the bus stand - everything is 5-10mins away. The room has amazing views and is very well maintained. Car/Bike parking facility is available too. From the top floor of the bungalow, you can see the sea. Highly recommended.
