"Le Chaland" Gîte – Charm and greenery on the banks of the Loire

Fifteenth century half-timbered house, protected area, accommodating 8 people, located on the Ile d'Or facing the castle, UNESCO heritage site. The cottage is located in a quiet area, "the countryside in the city". The accommodation is on 3 levels, the entrance being on the 1st floor. The 1st level consists of a kitchen open to the living room with lounge, dining area and toilet; This room opens onto a terrace with table and BBQ. On the 2nd, there are 2 bedrooms, toilet, bathroom. On the 3rd, a master suite with toilet.

The house is inside our property but totally independent with access to the garden. It has a large south-facing terrace out of sight equipped with garden furniture. From 05/15 to 09/30, if weather conditions permit, you can enjoy the heated and secure pool. We provide linens: sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels.
