It consists of a reception hall, equipped kitchen, air-conditioned bedroom with 1 double bed (possibly 2 on request), shower room, covered terrace of about 40 m². 1 parking space and charging station. Equally distant from Lyon and Geneva, enjoy the many tourist attractions.

The apartment is located in the basement of our house but is completely independent with parking available. It has an exterior with a terrace. For your information, the apartment has a ceiling height ranging from 1m88 (living room) to 2m (sleeping area).
