Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in American Fork

My daughter and I were in town for a wedding and this place was perfect! It was spotless and adorable. The private back yard and entrance made it seem like we had the whole place to ourselves. We were not in the home for long as we were coming and going a lot, but the time we spent there was amazing. Next time ill make sure to book extra days to enjoy the outdoor amenities that are hard to comeby

We have stayed in many Airbnb homes and this one is by far the absolute BEST home we have ever rented! First, it is gorgeous! Second, plenty of space for everyone! Third, absolutely squeaky clean - not one spec of dust anywhere and I am pretty picky. Fourth, many fun activities for family right at the house (ping pong, foosball, hot tub, fire pit). Fifth, backyard is beautiful and well maintained. Sixth, the kitchen is a dream! I would like one just like it. Seventh, Jameson and Mindy were excellent to work with and responded quickly to my questions. Eighth, perfect location in Pleasant Grove. Ninth, lots of light and high ceilings. Tenth, comfortable beds and lots of amenities. Truly cannot say enough about this beautiful home. I would rent again!

On our second day the garage door malfunctioned. Courtney was on it immediately, she had a repair guy come out, and she had him install a new system. She was attentive throughout our stay. She is a great host. We will definitely look to book with her again next year.

My family and it stayed for a night at Blue havens home and we absolutely loved the home perfect for family with kids! We felt like home will definitely book again in the future!

John's House in Lake City is truly a 5 Star Airbnb. We enjoy cooking breakfast and small meals on our travel. Cookware and utensils are the best we have ever experienced at any Airbnb. Private place to safely secure our bicycles for the week was a bonus. John made us feel like family rather than guest at his place with recommendations for restaurants, entertainment, parks, etc.

What a fun place to stay. We had blast playing the game but of course I had to school the kids on old school Mario. Great place to stay. Highly recommend.

We were in town for the National Archery competition and did not want to stay in a hotel due to noise. This stay was peaceful and quiet. We cooked our own food and enjoyed out trip this time. The neighbors are very nice and Todd the host was checking on us to make sure if we had questions. It was a beautiful home and worth the money.

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful home in Sandy, Utah! It was the perfect spot for our 6-person bachelorette party. The house was clean, spacious, and had every amenity we needed to feel right at home. The pool was definitely a highlight—relaxing, private, and a great way to spend the sunny afternoons. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again! 💕🏡🌞

My friend and I had a wonderful time staying here. It was extremely easy to get in and out of the house, and the house was clean. They made sure we had everything we needed and also informed us that they had a couple of dogs and we could meet them if we were comfortable with it, which we were and they were both lovely! Everything was amazing! Our stay was perfect from start to finish. The place was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The location was great and made it easy to get around. Communication with the host was excellent; they were friendly and quick to respond to any questions. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

The home was the perfect find for us. It was spotlessly clean, spacious, incredibly tidy. The host thought of everything to make the stay comfortable- there were many thoughtful touches throughout. Kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to cook if we wanted to, though we loved using the helpful binder and the wall of recommended restaurants to local restaurants to explore the area. The house itself is stunning, just like the pictures. Meticulously groomed yard, furnishings perfectly suited to the space. Hands down, we would stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommend. Thomas was a very gracious host. There were lots of nice touches like a towel warmer and robes in case we wanted to use them, snacks like popcorn, hot chocolate, nuts. We loved all the amenities and the gorgeous back yard.

Place was great, resort staff was great. My only concern that was completely out John’s control was the WiFi. It was completely open, meaning other people could see and login to your streaming device. This happened several times on the TVs. I eventually just used my phone as a hotspot. Don’t use the resorts WiFi, it was completely unacceptable to not have the devices isolated from each other.

If you are going to ski Solitude or Brighton, stay here. It is a joy just to be in these sunlit rooms. From the windows you can see a ski lift dropping off skiers on a Solitude ski trail. Put your boots on in the room and walk to skiing. Afterword you can take a soak in the hot tubs that are right next door. Bring your groceries from Salt Lake City (no supermarkets up here) and you can prepare your meals in a fully equipped kitchen with the fireplace nearby. If any problems arise, Ben takes care of them quickly with rapid communication. And by the way, check-in is a breeze. You may not think about this, but having your car parked in a heated garage makes winter travel a lot easier too. Loved my stay.

Chris was a great host! Extremely communicative early on and during our trip. The location of the condo is super convenient and has an incredible view! It was easy to get to the pool, canyons resort plaza and parking garage. The Westgate Lodge is big and easy to get lost in, but the location of this particular condo was super easy to find. The only thing I’ll note is that the condo had a weird smell when we arrived, but we found an air freshener and that did the job. Love this condo and will be back again.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment had everything you’d need for a comfortable stay, the amenities were wonderful, and Bryan was super responsive and very kind. We would definitely come back again and again!

Great place and accommodating host. Location is extremely convenient with restaurants and the free shuttle stop just a couple minutes away — we were able to enjoy our entire ski trip without a car. Melanie was also responsive and accommodating with some special requests, would look to come back next ski season!

I enjoyed my month stay here. It’s a nice safe area and a 10 minute drive to downtown Park City and 35 minute drive to downtown SLC. Beautiful area and lots of great hikes. The Airbnb was very clean and cozy. The pullout couch was notably great! I loved the fireplace! If I’m back in the area, I’d definitely check to see if this is available!
