we loved this place, had a beautiful view to the bay and close to plenty of restaurants.

We absolutely loved staying here. I think I could live here! It’s so peaceful and such a great place to relax. The staff were so friendly and it was very convenient to have our laundry done or lunch delivered on days when my husband was out with the car and I couldn’t go to get lunch, while working. Would stay here again!

Honestly, one of our best trips. The location, price, amenities, ease. Couldn't have asked for a better place. Martin and his staff were amazing. Even had a lavender candle gift left for our anniversary. Would love to go back. Between my wife and I, I can say this was one of our best Florida vacations.

Great location, walking distance to supermarkets. restaurants , pharmacies, etc. Apartment was clean. Gym had decent equipment. Staff was friendly, and the parking was an added bonus. Easy access to the beach. The pool and bar were still undergoing renovations, but the beautifully renovated bar is due to open within a few days or so. There is also small game room with pool tables and a small coffee shop in the lobby with decent servings and reasonably priced. Overall, worth the stay and the price.

I have stayed at a number of places in Lauderdale by The Sea! This place surpasses all! very walkable to all restaurants. there are several convenience stores right around the corner. sea spray and provides thick white bath towels and beach towels daily. it was so nice to have a beach chair and umbrella to use. I am planning to come back this summer.

My friend and I had a great stay at Peter’s apartment! Our train arrived earlier than the listed check-in time, but Peter was very accommodating and let us check-in earlier. We found the apartment easily and were given very clear instructions for self check-in. The apartment itself was very clean and had everything you could need - including kitchen utensils, hair dryer, towels and much more! It was very well furnished and was the perfect place to rest after a day spent exploring the city. We would gladly stay here again. Thank you Peter for being such an accommodating and great host!

The view of the bay is gorgeous. Sonia and Fredrick are great. It’s quiet and you feel safe. I went to three restaurants all were superb , and the local beers are delicious. So much to do at all level of activity. I don’t speak French well ( at all) but the locals went out of there way to help. The grocery stores are clean and well stocked. The fall is spectacular I will definitely be back.

Everything was perfect about our stay here. This is the cleanest BNB we’ve ever stayed at. The furnishings and aesthetic were “homey” and the underground parking was a huge perk. 10/10 recommend!

We found this place after the place that we had previously reserved canceled last minute. Ramiro responded quickly and from reserving to check out we had no regrets. Apt. was very nice and spacious, perfect for the 2 of us. aside from food and condiments, it had everything else we would need for the kitchen! the bathroom even had a flat iron and beach towels which was awesome! the bedroom had a nice TV and nice size closet, the bed was adjustable so that was nice for watching tv before bed, mattress was very firm, I loved it; my husband didn't lol (the only bad thing about the bedroom was the opening at the top of wall that shares the kitchen/living room, you can hear absolutely everything through there so not great if I was sleeping and he wanted to watch TV or make coffee, but that's not the hosts fault and would not deter me from renting this place again, just an FYI). the balcony with a partial view of the river walk was so peaceful and nice for morning coffee and reading. The place is spacious, comfortable and has an excellent view that makes the stay much more pleasant. The location is perfect, especially if you plan to go downtown or visit Monserrate, as it is very well connected and close to these points of interest. In addition, it has easy access to market squares, restaurants and service stores, making it easy to cover any need during the stay. Overall, it is a very convenient, well-kept and functional accommodation. I would definitely recommend it for those looking for comfort and a good location in the city. I would definitely stay here again.

Love this place here! It’s economical and i love that it includes breakfast and coffee!! Beautiful pool, tiki bar. Amazing service, amazing cook! Great vibes. Love that they’re expanding!! This is my new weekend getaway spot!! Exactly as described and as the photos. The hospitality is awesome!

It was a pleasant stay, very central, near the esplanade where we could walk our dog. Everything is calm and comfortable

It was my first experience on Airbnb with a chain behind it (not an individual host). It was great, because there is a whole functional structure on the accesses, extremely fast responses by chat, manual with all the necessary information and even a guide to indications. The place is very well located, close to many shops and tourist spots in the city and has a grocery store right in front, which makes it very easy. The cleanliness of the place is good, but I thought the bed linen could have had extra care (they were not dirty, but some small stains bothered me a little), but nothing that would disadvantage the place. I didn't use the kitchen, but a dish towel and a water filter/purifier are a suggestion for an even better experience. The bedding is very warm, as is the shower (I was afraid before I went, because it is a colder place). The tbm taps have heating. Overall it was very worth it, great value.

Great apartment! Small but full of natural light so doesn't feel claustrophobic. The apartment and the building is well maintained and clean and the staff are lovely. The coworking space is also really nice to work in and the internet is generally good. It is in a busy part of Laureles so expect some noise at night, but with earplugs it didn't bother me at all. I would definitely stay here again!

Victor is extremely helpful and attentive. I felt calm with her receptivity and very well supported in her property. The apartment is impeccable, condominium staff are very attentive and the location is great, there are many things to do and you can walk.

The experience of entering the apartment is simply priceless! The feel of being somewhere else. Decoration is unique, unlike anything I've ever seen, the atmosphere is extremely pleasant. The kitchen is well-equipped, it has everything I need during the stay. The bathroom is also excellent — functional, clean, comfortable and has a great shower. The apartment is perfect for taking a good bath, preparing a quick snack and resting well at night. The rest of the time, I take the opportunity to explore the city and its beaches. The view from the window is a separate spectacle: Morro do Careca and the sea right in front of you. I honestly don't need anything else. The reception at the flat, by Mr. Eudean, is worthy of a 5-star hotel. We were greeted with great attention and cordiality. Camila, owner of the apartment, was extremely helpful and always responded quickly and kindly. I was very pleased with the experience and will undoubtedly give priority to this location at my next stays in Natal.
