This was the perfect place to stay with our dogs! We loved the layout of the place, and the peacefulness of the location. There is a second cabin near the cottage, and they played loud music Fridays night, but Saturday it was peaceful! The upstairs was nice and spacious with a king bed. The bed is on the firm side and the pillows provided were extremely soft and plus. The bedroom floor upstairs moved a bit when you walked around, or when the dogs got the zoomies. But it was nice and cozy! Huge closet, too. We can’t wait to come back when it’s cold enough to use the hot tub!

Enjoyed our stay at Vanessa’a lake house. It was absolutely beautiful inside and out. We enjoyed the hot tub and watching the wildlife in area. This place is the perfect spot if you’re looking to check out the hot springs as well.

The place is wonderful, one of the most beautiful landscapes I have ever seen, wherever you look the view is breathtaking. The house is well equipped, the kitchen has several amenities, coffee maker, air fryer, excellent gas stove (only a microwave is missing), the shower is a spectacle with a lot of pressure, the TVs are huge and the jbl box makes it a movie theater, the internet is also excellent since the cell phone signal does not work nearby! It is worth hiring the breakfast that is very tasty and plentiful, delivered to the cabin. It also has very powerful air conditioning, so whether it's hot or cold, you can be very comfortable. Perhaps it would be interesting to put blackout curtains in the room because at sunrise the light is very strong since the ceiling and walls are made of glass. In short, the place is for those who like peace and quiet in nature, the host is very helpful and dear, we liked it so much that we have already made the next reservation!

So relaxing! We are always so busy and on the go, so this was the perfect spot for us! Private, and quiet; we enjoyed how peaceful it was. The space was super cute and clean and had everything we needed. Did some fishing, relaxed in the hot tub, and ate at a couple of local restaurants, The Wellwood, and The Forge. The only thing we didn’t enjoy, was leaving! Looking forward to going back! ❤️

This Airbnb doesn't just look like it does in the pictures -- it feels like it does in the pictures. My wife and I could not have been happier with our stay at this beautiful property. Everything just worked, and the hosts provided lots of nice little touches. You can tell that they put a lot of thought and care into taking care of their guests. One especially neat part was the gentleman that greeted us at the property, Alex, one of the family members who helped build and now runs the property. I ran out of characters, so I had to cut this review short, but, long story short, I'd recommend taking Alex up on his restaurant recommendations and his tour of the cloud forest. Alex quoted us a very affordable rate for a group tour, but that day, it turned out to be just us and Alex. Alex had such positive, pura vida vibes, and my wife and I had a great time learning about the flora, fauna, and the history of Monteverde. I have zero reservations recommending this property. Pura vida!

Great little Airbnb - what a true gem. My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights and loved the place. What made this place special was the attention to detail - from having spices available in the kitchen, to a first aid kit and feminine products in the bathroom, to robes in the closet and everything in between, this made our vacation to Colorado seamless. The hot tub was fabulous - we used it almost every night. Amy is a great host - quick to respond and very helpful with any questions or concerns we had. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We were on our honeymoon and was a perfect getaway for us to relax! We really enjoyed the amenities and extremely clean living space. A few of our favorite parts of the stay were chilling on the porch swing, kayaking, swimming, and fishing. We would highly recommend this to anybody who wants a private and romantic getaway!

We loved staying at the Hideaway! The home and surrounding area is beautiful and very peaceful. The Tim and Sandy were extremely friendly, even calling to let us know about storms in the area and allowing us to park in their garage and giving us fresh cinnamon rolls upon our arrival. It was the perfect getaway!

An astounding, once in a lifetime experience! The location was incredible, the views and building were phenomenal, and the Herbal Ceremony with Thena was beyond anything we could have hoped for. We left feeling transformed and inspired! Highly recommend for at least 2 nights.

I appreciate how accommodating Robin was. The scenery and surrounding landscape was absolutely beautiful like staying in a green house cabin with peacocks and serenity. Really a place of encouragement to move into a cabin on land. I appreciated the flexibility and quick responses.

This home was in a perfect location with awesome amenities right on the lake. There is a loading/unloading dock right next to the home with a private swim deck right off the huge back patio. We will definitely be staying here again.

This was a beautiful location, the home was very comfortable. The host was very polite and responsive. I would recommend staying here to anyone looking for a peaceful stay in a cabin on a river.

The Lighthouse Lakehouse was very cute and cozy. It was so peaceful eating my breakfast on the deck every morning - staring out at the water and listening to the sounds of nature. If you want tranquility, this place is it. My teens enjoyed paddleboarding on the lake each evening. We spent the majority of our time at the AirBnb, but also enjoyed scenic hikes to nearby waterfalls and touring Blanchard Springs Caverns. It was the perfect start to our summer.

The Stone Cabin came highly recommended from a friend. After visiting and staying for a weekend I can truly appreciate and understand why. My wife and I reserved the cabin for our anniversary weekend. We heard it was a place to disconnect from the world at large and connect to each other and the outdoors. The cabin made it feel like stepping back to a simpler time and a slower pace. Renee met us at the gate and led us back into the property, a fire already started at the fire pit outside the cabin. Since it was our first time visiting she showed us what we needed to do for lighting and stove use, asked us if we had any questions, provided us with information to reach her if we needed anything, and then wished us a wonderful weekend.A must see is the sunset at the gate. Bring some snacks and drinks and enjoy the gorgeous view, make yourself a little fire there if you want to. My wife and I absolutely loved this place and already started talking about a return trip.

We had the most wonderful 2 nights in this beautiful cottage ~ we walked the beach relaxed on the deck and enjoyed the serenity of it all. Our pup had the time of his life having some freedom to run and sniff till his heart was content. We look forward to our next visit in September thank you Port Talbot estates

We had such a wonderful stay at Lauren’s gorgeous home. It was beautifully decorated and a great base for our travels. We enjoyed evenings on the dock and mornings on the porch. It’s honestly one of the dreamiest houses we’ve ever stayed in.

Peaceful and secluded. Coming from the city it was really nice to be removed but close enough to nightlife and fun.

A cozy place to stay. one item worth noting: the location is remote, and the water at the home is not drinkable (per owner). It said water was provided, but was not for our stay. Since it is remote it was a long drive to go get drinking water that we were not prepared for.

Sheri was so kind, attentive, and communicative. Staying here was peaceful and quiet and she provided much more than I needed! I’ll definitely stay again if in the area.

The place was wonderful! Perfect for a girls trip! So many photo opportunities and we even played some games that Jessica provided. The view on the balcony was beautiful! Would 100% recommend!!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. It is a nice, hidden away location. Great if you want peace and quiet. We just wanted to relax for the weekend, and this was just the right place for it. My wife even wants to go back next year.
