Mid Century Modern inspired getaway

This apartment is in a side by side duplex. We cater to a maximum of 2 adults at a time only. No children under 18 allowed or animals. The space has one bedroom with one queen size bed. One bathroom. There are hardwood floors, tile and linoleum. There is a nice sized living room and a full sized kitchen. I have a health exemption due to asthma and severe allergies. We don't allow pets/animals at the property. This includes service animals.

Enjoy this newly built & fully equipped 1 bedroom guesthouse. The bedroom has a King size that guest say is "very comfortable" & the living room has a fold out queen. This is a well lit & sunny ground floor unit (not a basement) with driveway parking just steps away. The side entrance is private with its own small patio and fenced sideyard. The entire place is handicap accessible. We do allow 1 dog.

Not much parking space, you can park in the YMCA parking lot but they also have a sign that says they will tow your car if you do. I still parked there all week without a problem. Great place besides that.

I contacted Dawn right away to be sure my elderly mom wouldn’t have any issues with stairs or access. Dawn reassured me that the entire area was ADA compliant. And it was just that! It was great to be able to take mom somewhere she was comfortable and had ease getting around in. Loved the quiet of the neighborhood! We felt very safe and secure in it. Access to the city was easy even with the road construction going on in many places. Thank you for a lovely stay. We will visit again.

Really enjoyed staying at this home! The beds were very comfortable and the location was great! Loved having a gas cooktop as we prefer that for cooking. The TV screen is large and has every streaming service app on it (Netflix, Disney +, Hulu, Amazon Prime, YouTube, etc.). We were able to park three vehicles on the extra wide driveway which was nice! We will definitely stay here again if we ever need to rent an Airbnb in Idaho Falls!
