The bedroom includes a queen bed, a large closet & another 56" TV. There’s a 3/4 bathroom w/ tiled shower. The living room has a couch that pulls out to a king size memory foam mattress. The unit is about 2mi from campus and 1mi from downtown.

A charming, quiet, tiny studio loft apartment in the historic, centrally located, Westside neighborhood. This beautiful space is in a stand alone building is located 4.7 mi from airport. The exterior stairway to the private entrance has 15 steps and I have included lots of photos. There are pretty mountain views out of every window. The American Leather sofa and bed are comfortable. The water pressure in the shower is excellent. Check in and check out times are firm.
